Note: [a] The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same: Terminal Arrangement: [i] HV & LV Side: Cable Box [ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. Transformer Oil shall be got tested by APEPDCL. [iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [b] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil [c] Provision of Brick Masonry Platform for Transformer, overall size 2.00 m x 2.00 m and 1.50 m height above ground level and 0.60 m below ground level with Brickwork with old size Fly Ash Bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation with 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate, PCC flooring with 40 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate, over a sub base of 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate over approved earth filling and rendering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick over brick walls and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of OEM approved type tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor/ Platform Mounted, Weather and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consist of 800 Amps rating TPN bus bars of high conductivity Aluminium Alloy and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves mounted on porcelain insulator supports, suitable double Compression Copper Cable Glands and panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch, with gland plates, lifting hooks, shutter type ventilating louver at both top & bottom duly internally secured with wire mesh, with suitable internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size, including instrumentation, double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and suitable for 1100 Volts Grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply and to withstand short circuit fault level of not less than 100KA and degree of protection shall be IP 54. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 75 X 75 X 8mm at Corners and ISMC of suitable size for base, embedded 600 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4, Type B–1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 600 mm above ground level complete including connecting up with incoming and outgoing cables etc. and comprising the following:

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, GI strip or wire armoured heavy duty HT underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt grade of size 3 Core, 185 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking up/ down existing HT UG cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BoQ.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 300 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BoQ.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Earth continuity Conductor or main earthing lead made of GI Strip of size 32 X 6mm, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including drawing through GI Pipe for earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing BER Transformer of any type and capacity 500 KVA/ 650 KVA from the existing platform including disconnecting all electric connections, transporting and depositing the Transformer to MES Store Yard including taking down Cable Box and demolition of existing platform of any size and description including use of necessary T & P and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Shifting the existing Ring Main Unit [RMU] of 630 Amps capacity from the existing Sub Station to another Sub Station by disconnecting the electrical connections including lifting, loading into vehicle with the help of Crane, transporting & handling the RMU safely, unloading and installing on new PCC platform of suitable size including connecting of Cables, testing and Commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation trenches, laying Pipes / Cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry River Sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay Bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub–class "B", Designation 75 in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un–reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, Class HV, Type 1, Flat, of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 100mm dia, Medium grade for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in making good to road cuttings, Fillings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down LT UG cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel of any size and type alongwith switch gears, metering units, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
