M &L for preparing new plastered/concrete surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in, copings benching to manholes water troughs and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for providing 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for providing RCC Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in cover slabs, including placing the cover slab in position, complete all all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel and iron work of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of PVC/RCC water tank of capacity not exceeding 500 ltrs (staged over the bldg) by removing float valve carefully, draining out water, scrapped down by wire brush for removing fungus, mud scales and washing down with fresh water and refixing float valve in same position spreading bleaching powder inside water tank complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 29.00 here-in-before of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs.

All as per item No 29.00 herein before of capacity exceeding 1000 ltrs and not exceeding 2000 ltrs.

All as per item No 29.00 herein before of capacity exceeding 2000 ltrs and not exceeding 5000 ltrs.

S & F 1000 ltr rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of sewage lines of 100 mm dia size by rodding and cleaning with gunny bags / cotton rags etc tied with rod for removal of complete sludge in the line from manhole to manhole complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 34.00 here in before but for 150 mm dia Sewage lines.

Cleaning of manholes after all the sludge of blocked lines comes into the manhole n.exc 1.50 mtr deep and getting out including removal of sludge to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36.00 herein before but depth exc 1.50 mtr deep and n exc 3.00 m deep.

Taking out liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank/filter bed/soakage well and sewage lines by sewage sucker tanker & cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the MD land complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for keeping fully/smooth functional the sewage lines incuding manholes manually once made functional under item No.32 here-in-before, the similar state & free from any sort of blockages in sewage line, septic tank, sump and manholes for the period of one calender month complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) A register of complaints shall be maintained by the contractor and will be produced to the Engineer-in-charge at the time of claiming the payment.Two workers of the contractor reports daily to sub division incharge for taking complaints for MES complaint cell by 8:30 am daily ( Except Sunday and Holiday). After the completion of complaint , the complaint slip duly signed by users will be deposited the complaint cell by 5:00 pm for record purpose without fail. In case of any break down due to negligence of the contractor he will have to make the sewage line funtional without any extra cost to the Govt. If the contractor fails to clear the complaint within 48 hours of issue of complaint a sum of Rs 500/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (ii) The entire work shall be carried out in the area at Rambilli under the GE (P) Varsha rambilli. (iii) Rate quoted for above item shall be deemed to included in the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc alongwith sufficient labourers to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any dispute related to abve shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer (P) Varsha and his decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
