M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and fair.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even and smooth.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC slab 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally as in stirrups including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc from road side RCC drain/ hume pipe drain / culvert etc..by labour after removing concrete slab/ manhole cover etc without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning and removing the sludge etc by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils from site by truck exc 1.5 Km but n exc 5.0 km and deposit the same at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by the Engr In Charge.

M&L for three coat of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of new surfaces.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregrate ) as in sub base, fdn filling etc.

M&L Sand cushion under floors or as screed for paver block all as specified

S&F 80 mm thick paver block or interlocking tiles glossy finished any shape of size confirming to IS 15658-2006having compressive strengh M-40 using gray cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

M&L Screed bed of bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes CM 1:4

M&L for pre polished cement concrete glossy finished chequered tiles smooth in design as directed of size 300x300x25mm thick compressive str 300 kg/Sqcm ISI marked set and jointed/pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth n exe 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water , scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road matel, water and well ramming in( including supply of road metal) all as specified and directed.

M&L Scarifying or picking graveled mecadam or bituminous mecadam surfaces in area n exe 400 sqm and exe 50 mm but n exe 100 mm deep and removing the same n exe 50 mtr and stacking all as specified and directed by the engineer- in- charge.

M&L for 75mm thick in three layers compacted thickness WMM (Wet Mixed Macadam) by providing close graded material mixing in machanical plant at OMC spreading in uniform layer with motar grade and compacted with vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tone and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparing WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc (surface preparation), and applying evenly a Prime/Tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/ 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of VG-30 complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for consolidated premix dense bituminous macadam laid with 4% paving bitumen of VG 30 and using 20mm graded aggregates laid with mechanical paver and rolled as per IRC norms and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparing black top sutrface by brooming, cleaning with wire brush removeing cacked mud etc and applying evenly a Prime/ Tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen of VG10 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Bituminous premix asphatic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Road cat eyes (PVC) of make as approved by GE and pasted with adhesive all as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed.

S&F in repairs dual direction speed breaker having high intensity cube corner reflective ultrasonic welded to high impact resistance plastic ABS body or color yellow and black of size 250x345x50mm (heigh) provided with 04 Nos steel nails and all suitable chemicals for fixing in shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breaker in a row complete all as per manufacturers instruction.

S & F in repairs Solar Road pavement markers (Solar stud) sAK 970 of aktion make or an equivalent in 3M/Mr.ilumination/Dark Eye fixed on bituminous/concrete surfaces with approved addesives as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Delineators as per IRC-79-1981(Road way indicators) with ABS plastic body fitted with 2Nos 100mm dia highly reflective reflactors and two rectangular reflectors of size 71mm x 23 mm made out of PMMA to be fixed to both sides and mounted on MS Pipe of 50mm di duly powder coated and the poles shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and foundation complete all as directed

S& F in repair retro reflective Cautionary/ warning sign boards of equilateralSquare shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650mm and made up of emm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting confirming to Type - IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC 67:2001,pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets@20cm c/c back support frame of MS angle iron of size 25x25x3mm alongwith theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2Nos. MS.angles of size 35x35x5mm to vertical post made up to MS Tee Section ISMT50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angels flats, providing & fixing MS message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chrmate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Convex mirror of 800 mm dia with high impactresistance plastic ABS body color yellow and black with 50mm dia MS tubes of 2.00 mtr high complete all as specified and deirected.

M&L for painting 2.5 mm thick road marketing strips n. exc 10 cm wide (retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by using fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operation on road surface including cleaning road surface free of all dirt,scales,oil,grease,foreign materials etc,complete ,strictly in accordance with applicable specifications and as directed.
