Dismantling taking out GI pipe from PCC support/trenches for repair/replacement/ relaying for bore of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing and testing of 100 mm dia Medium grade including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only flanges will be measured a supply only whereas all the specials required to make unit functional is deemed to be incuded in the above rate

M&L for relaying of GI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 100 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for cable/pipe and getting out in hard rock/Road/PCC hard standing and making the disturbed surfaces good same as existing before excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in(soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials(soil) not exceeding 50M, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed for the bore of GI pipe upto 80mm. Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . (iii) Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings Note 2:-CI/DI/MS Pipes and specials will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.Items which are not available as supply only are deemed to be included to make the unit completely functional

Supply and fix only CI sluice valve flanged type 80 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only CI sluice valve flanged type 100 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only mechanical joints 80 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only mechanical joints 100 mm dia PN 1.6 fitted with hand wheel including fixing to pipe line with gusket, nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix only GI threaded flange joints alongwith flanges of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing of areas of above pipelines by clearing away all grass,wild vegetation,saplings,shrubs,brushwood,undergrowth,roots and tress not exceeding 30cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50mts outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for valve chamber of internal size not less than 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm with cement brick palstering the surfaces with three coats of white wash including MS sheet cover of not less than 3mm thickness with MS angle not less than 40mmx40mmx5mm including proper locking arrangement and fabrication for air release valve painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of anticorrosive black bituminous paint including dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of valve chambers smooth as existing and applying three coats of white wash and applying synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning the debris and vegetation etc per month complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work with ends of bars souldered, welded or reveted or forced into spikes, framed guard bars, ladders,chequred plates framed balusters, walk ways, railings, gates, frame work of tank, valvepit and similar work incl painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint incl dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismatling of foundation PCC, taking out from pump house, carrying to dumping yard inside ND (V) and necessary cleaning of work site all as specified and directed..

M&L for cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) with 20mm graded agreegate in foundation, filling in and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
