M&L for taking out damaged door of Pillar Boxes / cope points due to broken hinges or other reason and making necessary arrangement for fixing new MS fabricated hinges to body of PB/CP and refixing existing door or new door after proper fabrication to existing shape and fixing to hinges, door locks complete all as specified and directed. Note-New MS sheet as required for door will be measured as supply only.

Fabrication and supply doors of PB or JB or cope points made with MS sheet 3mm thick including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and driected.

S&F galvanised iron earthing strip 32 x 6mm including connection with existing strip by making necessary drilled hole incl dismantling taking out unserviceable earthing strip of any size to PB/CP/JB/ main earth bus complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of outside surface of Pillar boxes/cope points located outside or inside Jetty with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on every alternate 03 month all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letter on front surface Pillar boxes/Cope Points/Junction boxes located outside or inside Jetty with white colour synthetic enamel paint on black back ground showing Voltage, PB-No, feeder No, Tr-No, SS No/name with letter size 50 mm x40 mm after every alternate 06 month all as specified and directed.

M&L for white washing of PCC foundation of PB/CP/security light pole on every alternate month all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair, servicing, overhauling of indoor sub-distribution LT/APFC panel board of size upto 1.5m x 1.5m comprising busbar, MCCB, SDF, metering equipment after dismantling taking out all doors, covers from front and rear. Servicing comprising of thorough cleaning of complete inside cabinet with forced air and suitable cleaning agent, removing all dust/dirt, cleaning of all insulators, busbars, switchgears, all cable terminals with CTC and clean dry cloth, cleaning of outside surface with CTC and dry cloth, tightening of all nuts, bolts & washers. Repair comprising of replacement of burnt aluminium cable lugs, burnt switchgear, non-functional panel meters, non-functional indicator lamps, damaged panel metering wirings, nonfunctional selector switches, unsv CTs, unsv bakelite fuse with fuse base, damaged panel door/cover knobs & door locks, damaged door hinges, damaged cable insulation with coloured heat shrink insulating sleeves and required nuts, bolts & washers. Overhauling comprising of dismantling cable ends from switch gear/busbar taking out from panel board and cable duct, cutting at damaged portion, providing proper aluminium cable lugs and refixing to original position with required nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Items require for replacement such as MCCB, SDF, MCB, Panel Meters, indicator lamps, CT, selector switches, metering cables will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) required cleaning items, aluminium cable lugs, nuts-bolts-washers, door hinges, door locks, door/cover knobs, bakelite fuse base with HRC fuse of panel wiring circuits shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (iii) ACB/busbar will be measured and paid as supply and fix. (iv) Servicing/maintinance of ACBs measured seperatelly where ever applicable.

Servicing, repair, maintinance of Air Circuit Breaker 800 Amps to 1600 Amps capacity by drawing out movable unit, forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize breaker contracts and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective parts and re-fixing ACB, cables completes all as specified and directed. Note: (a) required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be measured as supply only. (b) all cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate.

M&L for opening of monoblock joint in LT Bus Duct of capacity upto 4000Amps and decarbonizing of the contact points along with checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed contact point, terminal connection points with CTC and re-fixing the same and tightening the nuts, bolts, spring washers & thimbles all as specified and directed.
