M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20 mm graded stone agreegates and n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by sensor paver finished. Complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i)Premixed bituminous will be laid by using mechanical paver machine. (ii)Compaction will be carried out by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness,

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at the rate 5 kg per ten Sqm over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by sensor paver finisher. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exc 30mm. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully autornatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MOSRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (a) MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.. (b) The rate includes complete removal or scrapping of old existing thermoplastic road marking paint (if required).

S & F Poly Carbonate Convex Mirror outdoor type 800mm dia made out of fibre along with bracket, Pole mounted and fixed to 80mm bore Medium Grade MS Pipe of required length complete and embedded in PCC 1:3:6, Type C1, including necessary earth work required for post holes complete all as specified. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
