M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, Retaining Walls, Abutments, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc. complete all as specified.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, Sides and Soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for Rough Finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Loose Filling with broken stone or boulders of gauge 40 to 80mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, filter media etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

M & L for Forming Embankments using approved earth obtained from Excavation including raising [or lowering] earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.50m high from base complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: A deduction of 10% quantity shall be made to allow for bulk density irrespective of equipment used for compaction]

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry with Solid Blocks exceeding 100mm width of PCC 1:3:6, Type – C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boulder Pitching, hand packed tightly, grouted with Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work in half brick thick walls using Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 including 2 Nos of 6mm dia bars at every fourth course of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of skirting / dado / risers and joints shall match with the flooring.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 [using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for Manholes etc.], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3;6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub bases for floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Inter Locking Paving Blocks of 80mm thick, made with M40 Grade cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed of approved colour and pattern, shape and size conforming to IS - 15658 including 50mm thick Sand Cushion / Bed to Inter Locking Paving Blocks including filling interstices complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 150 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down old LT Cables of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of Cable Jointing Kits required for terminations.

Note: The horizontal directional drilling machine boring shall be minimum shot length of 100m horizontal length in a single span and depth shall not be less than 1.20m. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for earth work as required at site for boring at starting and termination ends complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying in repairs GI pipe, 100mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete including taking down or up GI Pipe and connections of any description all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consist of TPN Busbar of High Conductivity Copper Alloy of Suitable rating and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves mounted on porcelain insulator supports, suitable double Compression Copper Cable Glands and panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch, with gland plates, lifting hooks, shutter type ventilating louver at both top & bottom duly internally secured with wire mesh, with suitable internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size, including instrumentation such as Ampere Meter, Volt Meter, Phase Indicating LED Lamps [RYB], Selector Switches etc. with double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and suitable for 1100 Volts Grade, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply and to withstand short circuit fault level of not less than 100KA and Degree of Protection shall be IP 54. S & F in repairs Factory made FRP Junction Box of size 155 X 210 X 92mm with IP 66 Protection and including MCB, SP, 6 Amps, C Curve, 240 Volts [1 Nos] and one number heavy duty Four Way Connector for incomer and outgoing cable, suitable for Pole mounting and fixed with clamps made out of 40 X 3mm flat iron with suitable nuts, bolts, gland lugs etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Hylam sheet block shall be in two pieces each 10mm thick, one fixed to base with brass screws and the other fixed over it with brass screws after fixing aluminium strip in the groove provided.

M & L for Earthing complete with CI Earth Pipe Electrode with Flanged ends, Centrifugally Cast, Class "A'', Heavy Duty, 80 mm dia all as per IS – 1536 of 2.50m length burried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge of the Pipe not less than 2.00 metres below Natural Ground Level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Pipe Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, Drilling 400mm dia Bore Hole in any type of strata by suitable means for lowering the CI Pipe, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
