M & L for Hardcore of Gauge not exceeding 63 mm of Broken Stones or Boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface in broken boulder complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3;6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub bases for floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

M & L for Marble Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of approved Colour as in Flooring, Treads, Landings of Staircase, Window Cills, Cooking Platform, Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars, Wall Lining [Veneering to Wall] etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious joint filler to match the shade of the Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and grinding & polishing after laying of slabs to mirror polish [Tin Oxide Polish] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire width of Cills & Landing etc. and entire height of Skirting / Dado / entire width of Risers and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of Window Cills, Treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

S & F Stainless Steel Pipe as in Flag Post made with Stainless Steel Pipes of Grade AISI 304, Standard Quality, bright polish finish, including Stainless Chain Links and all connected fittings, welded portions shall be completely grinded and brought to bright and smooth finish including, making holes in the floor / steps, grouting with epoxy to achieve full strength of railing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boulder Pitching, hand packed tightly, grouted with Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered Wall surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Roof Kerbs, Mud Stops, Coving etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth not exceeding 1.5m and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 [using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah hoods, Chajjas, water troughs, mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry with Solid Blocks exceeding 100mm width of PCC 1:3:6, Type – C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Site clearance by clearing away all Shrubs, Vegetation, Grass, Bushes, Weed, Trees and Saplings not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of one meter above ground level, Grubbing up tree trunk by digging out roots up to 60 cm below ground level including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, removal of stumps, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, filled up with earth, well rammed and levelled, removing boulders if any which interfere with the work, after breaking down if necessary including stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m / outside the periphery of the area under clearance and burnt or otherwise disposed of as directed in low laying areas outside the MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.,

M & L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and binding with MS wire as in Running Bars for Chain Link / Barber Wire Fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 2 Core, 10 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry River Sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying GI tubing of 15 mm bore, medium grade conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc laid in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
