M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement morter including roughning surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking plateform or any location etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm) of existing damaged, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of exposed of rusted steel reinforcement with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator with brush to the rusted reinforcement , and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and thoroughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of steel of reinforcement by cleaning and providing, mixing and applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. M&L for applying polymer modified, cementitious mortar fibre reinforced, single component shrinkage controlled, (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Makeor equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floors (plinth protection) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion by using Airless spray technology machine with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying paint in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface over one coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paintby using Airless spray technology machine with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying paint in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
