Supplying, stacking & laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes 63 to 45 mm to WBM in two layers pecifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (150 mm thick is to be laid in two layers of 75mm thick WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing & laying semi-dense bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 30 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing & laying semi-dense bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

S&F, Poly carbonate road convex mirror outdoor type 1000mm dia made out fibre along with bracket and fixing the MS pipe embeded in PCC 1:2:4 tybe B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate concrete complete all as specified and directed. Make: Poly carbonate convex mirror is DARK EYE / Frontier polymers Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE.

Providing & applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness and size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High Impact Polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 Part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS as per procedure recommended by themanufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge).

Providing & laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads / taxi tracks / runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve / tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope / camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction / expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.

Manufacturing, supplying & fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc, as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 02 Nos, M.S. angles of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. tee section ISMT 50 x 50 x 6 mm welded with base plate of size 100 x 100 x 5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Mandatory / Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / out old unserviceable aluminum cable / cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, LT cable of any size from pole / laid in trenches / through pipe in road crossings / paths / drains / ducts / floors / along poles / walls / ceilings / equipments etc, including excavation and returning & filling in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duly) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm 4 core, 1.1 KV grade as required of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coated of silver paint and including taking down old pole any kind / any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, LED street light fitting 60 Watt, 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-66 protection complete including taking down old street unserviceable light complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, SMC junction box of size 240mm x 130mm x 95mm (internal size) IP-65 with 6A MCB SP class 'C' series-01 and 4 way 16 Amps terminal block with 200 A rated bus bar 4 strip mounted on suitable insulators for terminating incoming and outgoing cable 10 Sqmm 4 core, locking arrangement, fixing arrangement with necessary MS clamps of FI 25mm x 3mm - 02 Nos with GI bolts, nuts and washers, 6 Amps etc, including taking down old junction box complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex / United.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5m long including bending, welding, drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 50 x 6mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nuts, bolts and washers to steel tubular / concrete poles complete including preparation of steel and iron surface and applying two coats of aluminum paint, first quality, over a coat of primer etc, complete including taking down of old bracket from old pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor wire FRLS with earth wire from street light syntex box from to light point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, nature switch in replacement of analog timer switch of capacity 230 volts, max load 3-5 KW, 25 Amps rating, single phase, model: Swadeep-02EC-3KW1P for automatic switching ON / OFF alongwith contactors, MCBs and enclosures with complete control wiring complete including taking down of old timer any kind any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) as in coping around pole and bedding including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing PCC floor / foot path / road not exceeding 15cm width, 30cm depth for laying of UG cable / protection of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / hard soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying of street light pole, LT cable XLPE and getting out in any kind of soils including forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 37 above for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil after the pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-I, size 250 x 150 x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing light grade 50mm for cable protection, laid under plinths / floors / roads / paths / culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.
