Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across power fence and clearing of brushes/small plants upto root level around 2.00 meter single/both side and removing debris to a distance n.exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.Due care to be taken while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should be no damage to fence/pole/FC boxex and other items.In case of any damage is occured,the same shall be made good/renewal by contractor from his own resources and nothing extra shall be paid.

Maintenance and attending complaints of non lethal electric power fencing installed at PIMT (RBI) by employing minimum one technically qualified Technician and one helpers in one shift for regular maintenance and repair of Approximately 11KM long electric power fence at 1.2 Mtr height comprising of 22 fence controllers, 44 Zones with one master control connected through LT under ground cable and networking OFC cables Note: (i) The contractor shall employ qualified Highly Shilled technician who has through Knowledge of electric power fencing. (ii) Minimum one Highly Skilled Technician and one Semi Skilled Technician shall be employed daily from 09 00 Hrs to 17 00 Hrs on all working days excluding sunday and public holiday and sufficient additional staff shall be employed if required during breakdowns to restore the system. The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive for the same. (iii) The necessary repair to rectify major break downs due to cyclones shall not be covered under the scope of work (iv) Daily checking of all FCs of power fence and all accessories of power fence for proper functioning if any poer failure and checking if there are any alarms and rectify the fault and restoring the fence for proper functioning

(v) The contractor shall carryout monthly maintenance of all accessories mentioned in Appx A Quarterly Audit Inspection and report in Appx B (vii) The surroundings (2mtr all around) of fence controller cabinet shall be kept clean and tidy and the fence controller cabinet shall be painted with approved colour once in the contract period (viii) The spares required for repair/maint of the system shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items be measured and paid seperately under relevant items here in after. The cost of all minor items like screws, wires, thimbles, connectors and insulation tape etc required for maintenance shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ix) The poer fence shall be put ''OFF'' and ''NO'' strictly as per the user requirement and direction. (x) The networking system shall be kept serviceable all the time to make the power fence control system online (xi) Contractor should arrange tools and equipments to carry routine repair/maintenance of power fence. They should also arrange measuring equipment like FIA(Fence impulse analyser), Digital volmeter, multimeters etc required at site for which rates are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
