M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in three layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC)100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013

10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additional amount to be paid for overlap)

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet(Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coal/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm.

M&L for pavement quality concrete(PQC) 200 mm thick of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15- 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong,dense,non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular ' virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 5-40microns,minimum melting temperature as 240 C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC- 15-2017

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 113rd to 114th the thickness of the slab ' widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes,arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicatior machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore as in weep hole complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Excavation n exc 30 CM deep & avg 15 CM and getting out in Hard/dense soil.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Broken stone or boulders hard core , exc. 63mm but n. exc. 100mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thk, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 as in sub base 100 mm thick complete all specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for cushioning

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and with grey cement and pigment of size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick M-40 Grade laid over sand cushioning layer complete all specified and directed.

M&L Stone kerb of machine pressed coloured precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, block of size 30cmX30cmX15cm finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth using coloured pigment and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 struck finished,as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing the concrete surfaces of kerb stone applying two coats of paints in zebra pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified & as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point (Soils)

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil

M&L plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks of modular straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete. (Note:- Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel drains/benching of manhole complete & finished to required shape etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for Drains etc) and similar work set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed..

Use and waste of fromwork to Soffiting of Suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slabs landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thickness as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

S&F for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165
