M&L for 20mm thick cementitious flooring system after application of epoxy based bonding agent on the prepared jetty floor with Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE having a compressive strength of 40Mpa complete. Make : Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L for application of top wearing coat with the properties of Anti-skid, oil resistant, flexible & UV resistant coating system with the following laying methodology :- a) Application of two component Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the Levelcrete surface by using sponge based epoxy roller followed by sprinkling of anti-slip grain No.2 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE on the primed surface on wet condition for skid resistant and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. b) Application of two component prepacked protective system of Traffic guard Intermediate coat of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. c) Application of two component wearing coat, Trafficguard Wearing coarse of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. Make : Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L for crack repairs by widening the cracks 0.25mm to 9mm wide, groove cutting to V shape in existing jetty slabs, cleaning out by removing loose particles by mechanical blower and application of Epoxy based primer Nitoprime 25 or make as approved by GE to the groove and allow it to dry and application of Epoxy putty Nito VF or make as approved by GE in the prepared groove after complete drying of the applied primer complete. Make : Nitoprime 25 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size and injecting grouting material, low viscosity epoxy based grouting material Conbextra EP10 or make as approved by GE into the cracks with pressure of 40 psi mechanically including sealing the hole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Conbextra EP10 or make as approved by GE epoxy grouting material shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only low viscosity epoxy based injection grouting material complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of any depth as required with shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of Nitobond SBR or make as approved by GE on the base surfaces includung taking out the old loose concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : 25 Kg of Renderoc SP40 bag ready to use at site by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag shall be used for patch repairs in concrete. Make : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

All as per item No. 10.00 above, but for traffic line marking 100 wide over finished flooring to the required length, colour and shapes for parking, safety markings on jetty, hard standings, roads etc. complete

M&L for preparation of construction joint grooves of size 25 mm X 20 mm, application of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of vertical concrete surfaces of jetty on sea side wall by mechanical scaryfying for key (partly under sea water during high tide times), removing all loose particles, laitance, oil, greese, sea weed etc., before application of levelling putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of single component, polymer modified, cementitious mortar of Rendroc FC (M/s Fosroc) or techno commercial equivalent or make as approved by GE filler for minor surface imperfections of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for application of high performance aliphatic acrylate based protective and decorative coating on vertical concrete surfaces of jetty sea face wall with two coats of Deck guard 'S' of Fosroc or make as approved by GE over a coat of Deckguard primer or make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground floor and removing the debries outside Naval Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M40 grade with approved Ready Mix Concrete / Design mix (RMC) with graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, deck slabs and in shelves and the like (quoted rate inclusive of necessary framework) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, railing, gates, trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plain or chequred plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of valley gutters, duct covers, platforms (0 to -15m level) and capstan, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cable duct covers, lifting arrengements with pulleys, nosing angle and similar works including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint complete Note : - The work will be carried out in every three months or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for enhancing its serviceablity. Every coat / work will be measured and paid separately.
