(f) Test to be carried out and certified by qualified analyst of NABLAB/ from public health lab / Andhra University

M & L for carrying out chemical analysis as per NGT Guideline BOD,COD, PH, FC, TSS for STPs at L, M, E and D sector, Dolphin hill of treated sewer water from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of charges for testing, collection of water samples in sealed PVC container.

M & L for dismantling of motor of following capacities pumpset / Air blower from installed position after disconnecting the coupling and electric connections and transporting the motor to the work shop, strip opening of the motor complete incl dismanlting stator, rotor assembly and cleaning the complete assemblies by taking out perished glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block,and washing with carbon tetra chloride, decarbonising and cleaning the rotor with CTC solution. Replacing the glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block, binding the loose coils with binding cloth, varnishing the coils complete and applyng bectol on the excitor coils, stator coils and heating complete, reassembling the unit and testing with megger for insualtion value and re-assembling, aligning with pump, re-inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the electric cable etc and check for drawing current testing, commissioning etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for dismantling the pump / Air blower of 10 HP to 20 HP capacity, checking the worn out parts like impeller, shaft, stuffing box, shaft sleeve using Micrometer and transporting to workshop for repairs, check for condition of bearings, removing scales from impeller and pump housing, building the worn out metal of transmission shaft to required level, machining to the required size on lathe machine, grinding and finishing to match the sleeve, and fixing into the housing, re-assembling, transport back to the installation, installing in position, check for alignment with dial gauge, inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the flanged pipe connections of suction/ delivery including replacement of rubber insertion etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for repairs to pump shaft of any make with necessary metal filling and machining suitable for the 10 HP to 25 HP capacity of pump sets, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and replace notice board of overall size shall be 1200mm long, 75mm deep and 600mm high, 25mmx75mm particle board frame of commercial face with 6mm thick MDF edging alround shall be provided, 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed in side the frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed, Aluminum flat of 63mmx 3.25mm shall be provided alround at the back of the board, on front side 22mmx10mm aluminum channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter (sliding type with necessary fittings) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Display board made of 3.5 mm thick Aluminium Composite panel sheet cut to a required shape and size (Square/ rectangular) with printed schematic / any matters/ description in computer aided adhesive applied PVC flex and pasted on the one side of sheet and fixed to wall/ metal sheet with necessary fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of potable / fresh water to achieve chlorination level by keeping concentrated efforts as per standard water quality specifications of maintaining PPM, PH, TDS levels, by checking time to time with standard testing equipments/lab test items if any daily before pumping of water to users from Sump/OHTs to building OH tanks through raising mains etc. by adding chlorination granuals, chlorine gas etc. as required for disinfection of water as per standard at site and mentioned below, complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) ppm at sump level to pumping water to building OH tank - 2ppm, (b) pH value - 6.5 to 8.5, TDS- 300ppm (c) Ensuring water is to be free from E.coli and thermotolerant coliform bacteria and it shall not be detectable in any 100ml of sample water.

Notes :- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following :- (a) The contrator or his rep is responsible for maintaining quality of drinking water as specified above and to adopt latest standard of water treatment for providing specified potable water. (b) Contractor or his rep has to attend daily at all pump houses once in a day to check all the water parameters and sign in the register being maintained with pump house staff. (c) Register should be maintained daily and daily record of the same should be endorsed from users/MES rep at pump house, concerned Engineer-in-Charge as well as concerned medical team of respective unit daily. (d) Lab test shall be carried out once in a month from locally available Govt approved lab for (i) PPM, (ii) TDS, (iii) pH value and E-Coil or thermotolerent Coliform bacteria. test report be rendered and a record of the same to be submitted to department once in a month or whenever required or directed by the users and department depend upon the situation/quality of water.

Notes (Contd--) :- (e) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of adding required chemicals like soda ash etc., to maintain pH value and TDS as and when required. (f) Required quantity of chlorine gas/ chlorine granuals/ bleaching powder required to be used at pump houses regularly and superchlorination to be done and the same shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule. The amount/quantity of mixing chemicals, gas etc.,would be vary as per the quality of receiving water from time to time to bring the required ppm once checked before pumping the water from sump to OHT of user building. The necessary mixing up of granuals/bleaching powder for maintaining standard water and for superchlorination the existing staff/ manpower at pump houses shall be utilized if necessary. Supply only TCCA 90% Chlorine (Trichloroisocyanuric Acid), effective content of chlorine % : ≥90, content of water % : ≤0.5, PH Value of 1% Solution : 2.7 to 3.3, Granular Chlorine/Tablet in packing of 50 kg, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Copper suphate for removing of algaie from swimming poo,l complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only White Alum (crystal type), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chlorine gas in 100/900 Kgs cylinders to gravity feed gaseous chloronome plant, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Testing of cylinder and repairs to outlet valve of cylinders shall be the responsibility of the contractors without extra cost and the cost for applying mineral jelly to parts etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning of UG sump/ balancing tank for Dolphin hill swimming pool up to 90000 litres capacity by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing the complete silt from the Sump and depositing at a distance 1.5KM outside MD land and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brushing the sump after scrapping the walls and bottoms of the sumps completely without disturbing the filtration pump to swimming pool including painting the sump and lettering the sump capacity, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of cement wash to entire sump, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quated rate shall be inclusive of all T & P required for dewatering of balancing tank.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 11,093.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
