Repair to reconditioning of radiator for capacity of 320 KVA DG Set at coverd work up station for INS Karna at Naval station Bheemunipatnam (Engine No 253640047, Model No NTA 855-G2-I and Radiator part No 4950668) The repair are urgently required for smooth functioning of 320 KVA DG set at covered work up station at INS Karna. (i) Opening of water cooled radiator for 320 KVA DG set from the engine along with opening of all connected hose and radiator fan assembly complete all. (ii) Dismantling the complete frame alongwith channel support and removing out the unserviceable damaged radiator copper core complete. After removing unserviceable copper core peoviding new core brazing all the fins and assembling the core in all Dimension. Refixing the items like supporting frames, clamps chennels and radiator from assembly. Completing all brazing and fixing of radiator assembly complete. (iii) After opening of the radiator and ship to civil workshop for changing the radiator core and bring back the radiator assembly complete. (iv) Replacing of unserviceable hose pipe for external and internal water and coolent mixing connection all as specified and directed by Engineerin charge. (v) Supply and fixing replacement of radiator cap qty 01No. (vi) Filling of anti freeze coolant Qty 25 ltr. (vii) Supply and fix in repair of stainless steel hose clamp Qty-06 Nos all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (viii) Refixing the radiator to 320 KVA DG set with all connection and accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (ix) Scrubbing and de-greasing the entire surface completely and applying two coats of approved make enamel paint for radiator assembly. (x) Testing and commissioning the radiator with full load upto statisfaction and all as directed and specified by Engineer in charge.
