M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, surface channel and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct from the item above for forming fair finished channels or drains for each 25 mm girth or part therof over or under 30 cm complete. all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate as landings, cover slabs (for man holes,open drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs,mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in mortar CM 1:6 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT reinforcement 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking, hooking etcbinding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed) all as directed complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished smooth and even without using extra cement.

M&L, applying two coats of cement base paint on new surface of white or tinted or prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Lit/10 Sqm over newly plastered by auto roller surfaces incl preparation of surfaces

S&F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil made from high tensile spring steel ,high carbon wire confirming to IS-4454 Part-I of grade -SM duly hot dipped galvanised 600 mm dia, over 10m openable length with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length (before stretching ) having medium barbs (barb length 24+1mm or 24-1 mm ,pitch between two barbs 35+1 mm or (35-1mm) spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gramsm / m and fixing to Y or trapezoidal shaped angle iron bracket placed at 2m to 3m apart with 6/9 horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape ) wire stud tied with GI staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal ,including necessary bolts and coating with Px compound (anti rust ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S & F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for drain cover, stiffening of fencing post struts ,concertinal coil angle, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming toFe 290 Gde-E-165

M&L Preperation old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any description not other described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as per specified by Engineer -in-Charge .

M&l Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth.

Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh of any type.

M&L for 4 mm dia MS galvanised PVC coated chain link fenecing of 50mmX50mm mesh inculding line wires fixed with any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of necessary binding wires all as directed.

S&F Mild steel work in hand rails ,wind ties,posts,posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to the shape as directed including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etcand similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-195.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps , pillars ,jambs, coocking plateform etc with chemfering of edge and in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding,polishing & dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level).

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring,road / path, hard standing finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments including removal of old flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall by Vaccum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc and filling cracks /hole with putty as required (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty ) and then apply one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm by using auto roller upto 4th floor complete all as specified and as per specified by Engineer -in-Charge .

Preparation of plastered or unplastered old wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
