Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of microprocessor controlled with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF Drive) electric driven 13 Passenger lift with Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) , 3D infra red sensor facility system for 884 Kgs ground plus four floors complete with regular examination, adjusting the systems, lubricating/greasing the parts, repairsl/replacement of rotating parts, repairs to motor, gear box, controller, safety devices/governor, replacing gear box oil, renewal of hoisting rope, repairs to landing/car doors, landing push button controlls, car cabling/electrical systems,repairs and maintenance of car lamps/fan, alarm bell/fire switches and repairs/replacement of reversed phase relay and replacement of spare parts as mentioned in item Nos 52 to 53 and item no 57 to 59 etc for smooth functioning of lift including periodical Inspection/testing of lift by Electrical Inspectorate Govt of Andhra Pradesh or authorised agent and obtain fitness certificate for lifts all as specifed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make of Lift: Thyssenkrkupp, Note:- 1.Comprehensive maintenance to be done through authorised Maintenance of Lift firm and necessary maintenance certificate deems to be submitted. 2. The OEM technician will be visit on monthly basis as and when required to attend breakdowns. 3. Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of Sch 'A'. 4. Fixing and taking down of spare parts mentioned from item Nos 52 to 53 and item no 57 to 59 is deemed to be included in this item.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 4 mm GI wire by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 5 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including excavation/earth work in any strata PCC chamber with PCC cover slab with 15mm bore GI protection pipe but all as directed.

M&L of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated suituation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm Galvanised iron wire.

Providing services for operation of Lift Operator (Semi Skilled) in DGNP Main building Visakhapatnam:- (i)one semi skilled lift operator in general shift .Shift shall be 08 hours from 9.00Am to 17.00Pm(General Shift) (ii)proper uniform with name plate, lift operator must have knowledge of operating Lift and attending of minor fault when it raise and cleanliness of lift surrounding area.The unit job contains deployement of manpower as mentioned here for complete month excluding Saturday, sundays and holidays. Requirement of manpower on Saturday, sundays and holidays is required on emergency shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost to department. Note-:It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF, bonus, ESIC and taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and his quoted rate shall have deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quoted their rate below minimum wages by considering, EPF, bonus, ESIC and GST, such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and his quotation shall be considered non-bonafide and rejected during Financial evaluation.
