M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified.

S & F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle Cleats or other connecting plates confirming Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality- A and fixing complete.

S & F for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete.

M&L for Pre-painted Galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof coverings/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete.

M&L for Preparation of steel surfaces of any descriptions over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of bedries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes such as tiles/interlocking tiles etc and disposing off the debris out side premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 80mm thickness , M-40 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 220V AC, 50HZ, single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 3 pole 16KA of rating 20 Amps all as specified and directed.

M & L for wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated copper conductor wire single core multistrand for phase & neutral, 6 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated copper conductor wire for earch continuity drawn in and including non metallic FRLS ISI marked PVC conduit medium grade dia with conduit accessories ,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:Cutting chases for DB &making good to wall shall be inclusive of quoted rate

S&F LED high bay light 200 watt at roof truss level of workshop buildings and other places incl dismantling taking down unsv one any type all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M in wide and depth for carrying out repairs to jointing pipe and getting out in soft loose soil including dewatering of sub soil water all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavted soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying sub class B brick in trenches for cable protection.

M&L for dry sand cushioning for underground cable provided with layer and sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for type B11:2:4 using 20mm graded agregate for pole coping path against damage due to execution/ laying of cable complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L earthing with GI pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 mtr long buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at ground level after making manual bore hole of size not less than 300 mm dia and 2.65 mtrs long near the specified bldg, connected with galvanised steel strip earthing lead of size 32 x 6mm all as shown in plate No-2, connected to the earthing test point , concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 80mm thick with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around CI earth pipe, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR part-1, including testing to acheive earth resistance value as per IS specifications on completion after dismantling taking out insv one. work in any strata pcc chamber with PCC cover slab with GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light gde upto 7.5 mtr/20 mm dia tunnel pipe med grade but all as specified and directed by E-in-C.
