S&F in repairs 25 KW, three phase, automatic street light control panel for automatic switching ON / OFF street light, maintenance-free in design consisting of 3 nos, 2/3 pole, 40 Amps power contactors & 3 nos, 63 Amps MCBs for incoming/outgoing, enclosed in pole / wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure with hinged lid, conforming to IP 66 protection class 2. The panel settings should be accessible via A mobile App with bluetooth connectivity & mobile App should allow users to customize the ON & OFF timings based on natural light (sensor), local sunset/sunrise (Astro) and time & app should have a facility to set Input Voltage range. Wiring of panel should be with copper wire of 16 smm & circuit should have provision for manual operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option) & controlling current phase selection option (at least from 2 phases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including dismantling existing old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 m length, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

M&L for Maintenance and attending complaints / breakdowns at NCB, 32 WEU/ HF/DF AREA, CE OFFICE COMPLEX AREA, NIRMAN PARK, 104 AREA, SVN COLONY AND M'GEDDA area comprising of LT panels, over head lines / underground LT cables up to main distribution boards at buildings including day to day maintenance of LT panels / Perimeter lights for smooth & trouble free LT power supply including rectification of minor defects to electrical controls gear / accessories as directed by Engr-In -charge. Note : Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (a) Attending minor repairs / breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Rate shall include cost to provide tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs, PVC tapes, including issue / maintaining Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs / Break downs involving S&F of materials such as cables, Joints, MCCBs etc are outside the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician / Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (e) On completion of the task /attending break down, necessary Job card duly signed by the stake holder shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

Clearing away all bushes, small plants, grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots upto root level including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep around and surroundings areas of E/M installations (i.e.Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards, pump house & Misc E/M installations etc) and removing rubbish / debris upto a distance of not less than 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as directed.

M & L for excavating existing cable of size 70 to 300 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core & taking out from its loop of length 3 to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination at end and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with new aluminium lugs of suitable size and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to inclusive of earth work and excavation. (ii) Serviceable sand and Bricks shall be re-used for protection.
