S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, & S & F in the frame at site as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts or lugs to a depth exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick from the face of jamb and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required all as specified and as directed.

M&L Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of pink primer including preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood base surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm with or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in Repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed

M&L for anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45º at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls,fixed with self tapping screws or 'J' or 'L' type hook as per site requirment complete all as specified including dismantling of old sheet.

M&L 12mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic digitally printed tiles of size 300x450mm, 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but n exc 0.11sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) laid over and including 25mm thick PCC (1:2;4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate,complete all as specified and directed

M&L light shade vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slab or tiles of any description in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles25cmx25cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters and removing of worn out components wherever required such as hood covers, laths, ball bearings, helical wire springs, lock plates, bracket plate, shaft pipe and straightening of existing guide channels, gear boxes, laths, hood cover at required places including greasing and welding and refixing in the same opening for smooth functioning and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with existing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (NOTE: (i) Quoted rate is inclusive for replacement all minor spare parts as required and supply of major spare part such as MS Spring, ball bearings, laths, shaft pipe, gear set required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

M&L in repair of rolling shutter shaft assembly including all necessary fittings
