Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as directed and finished Even and smooth to receive water proof treatment upto 9th floor complete all as specified upto 9th floor. [NOTE: Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately]

APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 3 Kg/Sqm incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 0.1 ltrs/sqm Followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the Membrane complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10 cm overlap all as per Manufacturer’s instructions upto 9th floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing plants with roots by chipping Walls/Beams / Junctions of Vertical stacks/ Water supply lines or at any other location as directed, applying recommended chemical to prevent growth or plants and making good the disturbed portion with Cement Mortar 1;3 or with PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate0 and painting the surfaces to match with existing treatment / finishes upto 9th floor) and removing debris to a distance exceeding 1.50Km but not exceeding 5.00 Km complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided fo complete all as Specified upto 9th floor.

Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into Spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water Tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 upto 9th floor complete all as specified andAs directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, Swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre Line over fittings and accessories) upto 9th floor.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door upto 9th floor

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints Fixed to walls upto 9th floor

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases,Landing, chajjas and similar suspended work upto 9th floor.

Providing precast ce ment concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggreage) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces upto 9th floor.

M&L For supply and application of pre-batched one component Polymer modifiedprotective Mortar(PMPM) of thickness 12-15mm of Sika Top -122 manufactured by M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or its equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd or M/s Bostik India Pvt Ltd for repair of spalling and damaged concrete in RCC Structure and superstructure works including bond coat manufactured by M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or its equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd or M/s Bostik India Pvt Ltd or M/s Asian for bonding old and new concrete surfaces, including double scaffolding and safety measures as required and specified necessary tools and machinary, curing, consumables etc. upto 9th floor buildings complete all as per manufacturers instructions as specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing Scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc Rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of Epoxy FOSROC and NITOBOND adehessive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in Two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm Thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of Cement or as per anufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required Thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to Match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas, fins, facias ,parapets,columns and beams Etc complete providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and specified,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at Any height upto 9th floor buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified (Note: steel welded Mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded meshis to be welded with the existing re-Inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Running Welding including additional reinforcement with the existing rods of high strength corrosion resistant TMT bars 6 to 9 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape upto 9th floor complete all as Specified and directed

M&L for Non-shrink cementitious Micro Concrete using Rendroc RG manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or its equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd or M/s Bostik India Pvt Ltd modifiedwith 12mm graded, cleansaturated surface drycrusted stone aggregatein the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, laidin average thickness of 80 to 100mm in columns, beams and similar structural members includinguse and waste of water tight formwork to facilitatepouringof micro concrete complete all as permanufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and specified.(Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerlineof core thickness)

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,Bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips. upto 9th floor.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, Bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips upto 9th floor.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.,Separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 m and Disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m as directed upto 9th floor by the Engineer in Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls Built in cement mortar (1:4) upto 9th floor.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar (1:6) upto 9th floor.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling, chajja, roofprojection etc Including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. upto 9th floor

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and Finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto 9th floor.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and Finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever Required as per manufacturers instructions (WPC shall be measured & paid separately) upto 9th floor.

M&L fo Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling of chajja, roof Projection, shelve etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto 9th floor.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new external plastered wall /ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of exterior Emulsion weather proof paint [ APEX Ultima or equivalent ] over a coat of primer over the surfaces upto 9th floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces one coats of exterior emulsion weather proof coat paint [ APEX Ultima or equivalent ] over a coat of primer on external wall /ceiling surfaces upto 9th floor complete as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and appying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof coat paint [ APEX Ultima or equivalent ] over a coat of primer on external wall /ceiling surfaces upto 9th floor complete as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of internal wall and applying two coats of internal washable emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer over putty not exceeding 3mm thick upto 9th floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment over wall surfaces applying including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over putty not exceeding 3mm thick upto 9th floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash upto 9th floor.

M& L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash upto 9th floor.

M & L for preparation of old external plastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls upto 9th floor.

M & L for applying one coat of white wash to old treated plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling including preparation of Surface (by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent Salts and treating oil and greasy spots) complete all as specified upto 9th floor and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, Not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer Complete upto 9th floor all as specified

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not Otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed upto 9th floor by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15cm thickness,( Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials , debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m as directed upto 9th floor by the engineer in charge .

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth protection including Finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for Plain cement concrete type C₁, (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in cills and Other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast, bed plates and the like including use and waste Of form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as required upto 9th floor.
