Material and labour for 5mm thick Epoxy flooring (designed for maximum load of 20 KN/Sqm) comprising of 2mm thick self levelling three component solventless epoxy pigmented top coat over 3mm thick self levelling three component epoxy based screed/ scratch coat over 50 microns thick two components solvent less high solid epoxy resin based floor primer coat using suitable serrated trowels and spiked nylon rollers. complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for two coats of sloventless epoxy coating (total coated thickness 500 microns)TCS10 Grade, 100 mm girth over solventless epoxy primer coat over one or more coat of white cement based wall care putty including complete removal of existing treatment of any description on coving and preparation of surfaces and levelling wherever required with epoxy mortar (epoxy primer + quartz sand) complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

M &L for removing of the existing sealant and backer rod from the expansion joint grooves of size 25mm x 30mm including preparation of the surfaces mechanically by industrial vaccuum cleaner/blower to remove all foreign matter, dust and debris unsound or contaminated material, paste, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae and grease deposit and applying two compnents epoxy based primer to the groove and inserting polysulphide elastomeric sealent complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L. for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders , framed balusters , walks . railings ,. framework of water tanks . wind ties and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

M&I. hard core of broken stone or boulders of gunge not exc 63mm but n exc 40mm deposited spread and levollc.xl in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graged aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concete walls, floor anf roof n.exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n. Exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of wall including cornices, pilasters et. and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : E/M WORKS

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of hi wall Split type Air conditioner with indoor / outdoor units with cordless remote control unit , copper winding compressor, copper condensor with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. The rate consider deemed to include of bracket for fixing of indoor and outdoor unit in wall of any height as directed by Engr-in charge. 2. The copper tube of suitable size and length (for each ACs), Drain pipe, cables with plug top are included in quoted rate. 3. Provision of passing of indoor/outdoor pipe from wall / core cutting in any type of wall are included with quoted rate.)

S & F voltage stablizer for automatic operation, sigle phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input varitation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ( + / - ) 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 16 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 10 Sq mm drawn through PVC concealed conduict of 25 mm dia, including taking down unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire along with PVC concealed conduict shall be measured as one length & Cutting of chases/walls and making good the disturbed surface are included in the rate.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4.0 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 4.0Sq mm drawn through PVC concealed conduict of 25 mm dia, including taking down unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire along with PVC concealed conduict shall be measured as one length & Cutting of chases/walls and making good the disturbed surface are included in the rate.

Supply and fixing of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), SPN, 240 volt, 12 Way, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s , complete all as specified.

S & F Modular Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB of 20A rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB 40 Amp, 240 Volt, SPN, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' series, , complete all as specified

Supply and fixing of MCB 6 to 32Amp, 240 Volt, SP, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' series, complete all as specified

M & L For Point Wiring complete with 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor Cable, confirming to IS - 694 drawn through PVC Conduit concealed in Walls / Roofs / Floors / Ceiling etc. and Modular Type Pressed Metal Flush Box made out of 1mm thick GI Sheet of suitable size and including Modular type Base / Grid Frame & Cover Frame for housing Modular Type Switches, Sockets and Regulators etc. concealed in walls, including 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable as earth continuity conductor with colour coding and connecting to Earth Dolly for One Fan Point controlled by One Switch complete all as specified. [Note- The PVC Conduit to Concealed in wall through cutting,Chassing,Pining in making good surfacing where required and pointing in cement mortar and making good for same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor]

All as per item No. 25 above but for 15/16 Amps switch socket outlet on independent board with 4 sqmm copper conductor PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded and 4 sqmm conductor as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Modular socket 1 6A, 22/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module single pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Air circulator fan wall mounted 230 volts, single phase, 400mm sweep, 1350 RPM suitable for wall mounting including nuts, bolts etc. including all necessary items complete all as specified and directed.
