M&L for complete overhauling / servicing of FRP cooling tower capacity 25 TR, removal of scales, dirt etc. by using chemicals, cleaning the sump louvers, PVC fillet, fan assembly, renewal of spray nozzles with connecting pipe, renewal of nuts and bolts, leak arresting of the the FRP tank, replacing of PVC fillet and apply including painting to cooling tower as per the standard practice of cooling tower, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for complete overhauling / Servicing /Checking / inspection AHU of capacity of 32,000 CFM of 3x40 TR to 3x50 TR central AC plant, with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters,greasing of blower motor, replacement of un serviceable bearings, Painting of blower motor, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No. 7.00 here in before but of capacity of 20,200 CFM of 3x25 TR to 3x36 TR central AC plant

Carrying out repairs and Maintenance, attending to breakdown of 25 to 50 TR variable speed screw type liquid chiller central AC plant of Make : Voltas as per scope of work given below including carrying out general repairs / servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users / department all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of Work:- (a) Periodical monitoring / Inspecting the complete ac plant and carrying out preventive/ periodical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of AC plant. The periodical inspection for preventive maintenance shall be carried out by technician/service engineer of OEM once in a quarter other than breakdown calls for monitoring the operational condition of AC plant including for preventive maintenance/breakdown calls whenever required. Each preventive maintenance & breakdown call if any will be measured Job (b) Visual inspection for oil traces, Air heat exchanger (condenser) cleaning, check for removed protection devices, and improperly closed doors/ covers, check that the temperature difference between the heat exchange inlet and outlet is correct, check the refrigeration system, motors and starters for performance and healthy condition of plant. (c) Checking the system for leaks and rectification of leaks if any. (d) Taking a set of readings and evaluating the same to ensure the satisfactory performance of the plant. (e) Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings as and when required. (f) General Cleaning the evaporator and condensing coils (g) General Lubrication of the bearings of motors, pumps and fans as and when required. (h) Inspection of belts, which includes adjusting the tension including replacement if required. (j) Filling only the refrigerant as a result of leak arising from the system due to standard wear and tear. (k) Repairing/ replacing the components of the equipment at site or at workshop as required (l) To check proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test. (m) Intimating any breakdown requiring specific major repairs/overhauling to the contractor/ department for immediate rectification of defect. (n) Attending the complaints/ breakdown whenever received by user /JE /Engineer in charge and attending the complaint for same within 24 hrs of receipt. (o) The repair / replacement of all spare parts like ICVC Boards, compressor / fan motor rewinding, electrical switch gears, contactors, PCB, refrigerant gas etc., are not in the scope of this item. These items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (p) Any minor spares/ repairs items which are required to keep the plant in operational are deemed to be included in scope of this item.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of capacity 5 HP to 15 HP of any make 415 V, 4 Pole 1440 RPM, 50Hz of any duty or any class of insulation from the bed duly coupled with pump/ compressor/in AHU, transporting to work shop, removing burnt out winding from stator/ motor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive end and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note: - Motors removed for rewinding shall be overhauled completely by replacing defective bearings and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Supply & replacement of wornout cuopling made out of suitable material and suitable size for the shaft of the motor and pump assembly of 5 to 15 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Overhauling of split casing type pump up to 20 HP dismantling the pump carryout overhauling including replacing the complete damaged spare parts. Repair / replacing the wornout shaft replacing the bushes roller / ball bearings, wearing gland packages, renewal of all corroded studs, gaskets, damaged impellars etc., and reassembling with proper alignemnt including testing and commissioning the pump complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & replace of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity 5000 Ltrs hoisted and fixed in position complete including taking down existing tank, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for carry out the repair to cooling tower fan motor 7.5HP / 5HP flange mounted extended shaft type, including taking down from position, transporting to local work shop, dismantling the motor, replacing damaged unserviceable shaft, bearings, rusted nuts & bolts including servicing motor by motor varnishings to winding etc. assembly back and installation to position and testing comissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F cooling tower motor base frame, base plate, Nut & bolts all as per existing size and shape, suitable for 25 to 50 TR capacity including taking down existing unserviceable base plate & base frame, nut & bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down defective unserviceable fan motor and assembly from the cooling tower and supply and fixing new fan motor of 5 HP, 3 phase, 720RPM, 440V, 50Hz of extended type shaft, flange mounted with IP-55 Degree of protection, weather proof along with fan assembly with 1300 mm sweep by 04 fan blades with suitable hub assembly clamps nut & bolts etc. Including connecting the power supply and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and charge refrigerant gas R-22 / R 407 C incuding leak testing the system, arresting the leaks with necessary materials like gasket/ 'o' rings/ washers all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete leak testing indoor and outdoor units, complete refrigerant pipe with nitrogen gas, locating the leaks, rectify the leak by brazing / welding and pressure tetsing the complete system for the capacity up to 36 TR air cooled package AC system all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Attending to breakdown of AHU of central AC plant of Make : Voltas / Zeco as per the OEM instruction of maintenance to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & installation of cross linked closed cell thermal insulation of 30 mm over chilled water pipes of any size thermal conductivity of insulation would not exceed 0.038 w/mk at 400 C. Material shall fire retardant & self-extinguishing and class 1 certified as per BS 476 part. It is CFC free. On combustion it would not emit HCN NO + NO2 and SO2 + H2S gases. Smoke generation should be lighter than air and white in colour to allow easy exit in case of fire. Thermal insulation would be protected by thermal insulation protective coating of aluminium sheet not less tan 0.30 mm thick in short length all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, assembly and erection of AHU duct with GI sheet 24 gauge with C & SS rectangular / square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealent on longitudinal joints etc., including taking down existing AHU duct complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC fillets of size 600mm X 300mm X 150 mm (Blocks) suitable for cooling tower of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS ERW pipe 150 mm bore, heavy grade laid in trenches or on ground / vertically with all flanges / fittings welded joints including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All fittings such as Tee bend, Cross etc required shall be deemed to be considered in unit rate quoted against this item.

E-250), quality-A including suitable size anchor fastners completely grouted in wall at any height for supporting the Air ducts including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maint for the following UPS installed once in a month or as and when directed by Enger-in-Charge as per requirement by qualified technician, comprising of the cllowing outlined services for 04 Nos online UPS as following:- (a) TS-I & TS-II 180 KVA-03 No (b) Rukmani Hub 80 KVA-02 No Notes:- (i) The Contractors technical team shall visit the installation site for periodic preventive maintenance, check up of the UPS system and batteries every month. System shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked and report shall be submitted to the Engr-in- Charge. (ii) DC back up source will be maintained by applying white petroleum jelly, checking/servicing of batteries incl toping up of distilled water etc as applicable. (iii) Apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits, all break down calls for the systems covered under the contract shall be attended Including Sunday and holidays. (iv) Cost of all the minor spares (including Inverter Transfromer) to put the UPS in working condition shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted complete however supply of major componants shall be measured under relvent Items. (v) Response time during normal working hours shall not be more than 4 Hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall be maximum 48 hrs, based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and boards (vi) Standby UPS of similar capacity shall be provided by the contractor on site till the repair of UPS Transport/rent of the same shall be born by the contractor during the contract period and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include this aspect complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid over sand cushioning along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches including taking out old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately.

S&F 50 mm bore dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, laid under road crossing, for cable protection or fixed to poles, walls or laid under floors including taking down existing un-serviceable pipe of any description. complete all as specified and directed.
