Material & labour applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc makeor equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 16 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Fosroc Lokfix chemical (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by Renderoc DS40 manufactured by Fosroc (25 kg Renderoc DS40 mixed with 12.5 kg of 6 mm downgraded crushed stone aggregate ) or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed.

M&L for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size and injecting grouting material, low viscosity epoxy based grouting material Conbextra EP10 or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF in to the cracks with pressure of 40 psi mechanically including sealing the hole complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by the contractor is including Conbextra EP10 epoxy grouting material.

M&L for laying cement based Micro-concrete, Rendroc RG 40 of Fosroc make, or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting , ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. Form work shall be provided for placing micro concrete patch reapair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of more than 50mm for concrete reapir with compresive strength of 40 Mpa complete. Note : The umit rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of formwork.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. (Make of SBR emulsion/latex: Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings. Note: The unit rate quoted bu the contractor is inclusive of SBR Latex.

M&L for Preparation of existing concrete wall surface of dry/ oil/sea weed growth/ damp by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vacuuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical "Deck gaurd S" of M/s FOSROC not less than 150 micron( dry film) per coat over treated area/plaster complete including a coat of "Deck gaurd S primer " of 150 microns or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on dock walls complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: (i) Works shall be excuted in a confined area which reqiures double scaffolding. Contractor should follow OSHA's working norms in this area. The work shall be excuted at any height (up to 20 m height) Contractor necessary safety gears shall be considered Contractor's quopoted rate is deemed to be inslusive all above mentioned operations /activities . No extra payment is allowed for thease activity.
