Supplying installing testing and commissioning of Variable voltage & variable frequency drive panel in conjunction with existing system to enhance the power quality and efficiency of the pumps ACQ580-31-206AA-4/Equivalent model in make as specified in PS. The VFD must be designed specifically for the water and waste water market and shall be a low harmonic solution without use of any external hardware(like filters/transformers/additioal feeders).The wiring topology shall be 3 wire in 3 wire out and shall be achieved using active rectifier topology based VFD with IGBT based converter including LCL filter on the line side&IGBT based inverter with DC bus capacitors.VFDs without DC bus capacitors are not acceptable.The VFD shall comply with IEX/EN 61000-3-12:2007:limits for harmonic currents produced by equipment connected to public low voltage systems.The input current to the VFD shall have a total harmonic content less than

5%(THDi) of full rated capability at the input terminals of the VSD on a power system sized according to IEEE519-2012 at a line voltage unbalance upto 3% and under all motor load conditions with unity PF at from 50% load.Drive module shall comply IP21 EMC class c2 functional safety STO(SIL3-PLe),conformal coated to PCB suitable for 3c2,3s2 environments and this product shall comply to CE,UL,CUL,Eco design,low voltage directive,ROHS,WEEE,RCM,EAC standards. All components of VVVFD panel including incomer & outgoing components shall be as specified in particualr specification and line drawing. Quaoted rate is inclusive of all compenents complete all as specified and directed.
