M & L for preparing old painted surfaces of walls by washing down, rubbing and removal of stains and applying one coat of weather proof acryllic emulsion paints, exterior grade (100% acryllic) over a coat of approved primer over a layer of anti fungal wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i)After the priming coat has dried, the surface shall be lightly sandpapered with zero grade abrasive paper, taking care not to rub out the priming coats and then dusted off. Prepared distemper shall then be applied with brushes in coats comprised of horizontal strokes immediately followed by vertical ones which together constitute one coat. A uniformly finished surface without patches, brush marks, drop etc shall be obtained. (ii) Work shall be carried out from 9th Storey to 12th Storey building. (iii) Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where ever required at site). M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, for external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note:WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing the newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer over a layer of anti fungal wall care putty upto three storey building (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ) all as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed . M & L for removing plants with roots by chipping walls / beams / junctions of vertical stacks / water supply lines or any other location as directed and making good the disturbed portions with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and painting the surfaces to match with existing treatment work upto 8th storey. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site).

M & L for repairing of RCC chhajja, roof projection, facies, rcc parapet wall and exposed reinforcement portion area thickness of RCC n.exc 75mm applying one coat of cement slurry reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc. 2kg per Sqm but n.exc 3kg per Sqm & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3. Applying 2 coats of weather coat on finished surface complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality description from wooden/steel/aluminum frames of stone conductor brick surround glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, sawn-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.
