Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises.

However, for measurement purpose net area of polycarbonate roof covering will be considered after fixing and the same shall be allowed for payment purpose.

However unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading,glazing clips, neoprene packing, fittings such as handles complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludescost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.
