[b] The Structural repair works shall be got executed directly by the Manufacturer or through their authorised applicator. The contractor shall obtain a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the structural repairs carried out to the Buildings from the manufacturer and shall be submitted to GE for record before claiming payment. The manufacturer shall also certify that the structural repairs to the Buildings have been carried out as per the standard engineering practices and also certify the strength and serviceability of the Buildings.
[c] The rates quoted shall be deemed to include all necessary form work required for providing concrete/ mortar for rebuilding the damaged RCC members.
