M&L for fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size and injecting grouting material, low viscosity epoxy based grouting material Conbextra EP10 in to the cracks with pressure of 40 psi mechanically including sealing the hole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Conbextra EP10 epoxy grouting material shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only , low viscosity epoxy based injection grouting material Conbextra EP10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of any depth with shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced Cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc make having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of Nitobond SBR on the base surfaces includung taking out the old concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 25 Kg of Renderoc SP40 bag ready to use at site by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag shall be used for patch repairs in concrete. Make : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the jetty with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond EP of Fosroc make for laying 20mm thick Cementitious flooring system all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitobond EP of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for 20 mm thick cementitious flooring system after application of epoxy based bonding agent on the prepared jetty floor with Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc make having a compressive strength of 40Mpa. The pre-pack 20Kg Nitoflor Levelcrete bag shall be mixed with 4Ltr of water as per manufacturers instructions and thoroughly mixed by mechanical means for application on the floor complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

M&L for application of top wearing coat in new surfaces with the properties of Anti-skid, oil resistant, flexible & UV resistant coating system with the following laying methodology :- a) Application of two component Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc make, mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the level Crete surface by using sponge based epoxy roller followed by sprinkling of anti-slip grain No 2 of Fosroc make on the primed surface on wet condition for skid resistant and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. b) Application of two component prepacked protective system of Traffic guard Intermediate coat of Fosroc make, mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. c) Application of two component wearing coat, Trafficguard Wearing coarse of Fosroc make , mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. Make : Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.

All as per item No.9.00 above, but for traffic line marking of retro reflective, 100 wide, over finished flooring to the required length , colour and shapes for parking, safety markings on jetty, hard standings, roads etc.,

M&L for preparation and application of nenwal coat of two component wearing coat, trafficguard wearing coarse of Fosroc make or as make approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours all as specified and directed. Make : Wearing coat of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

All as per item No. 11.00 above, but for safety/traffic line marking 100mm/ 150mm wide, over finished flooring to the required length , colour and shapes for parking, safety markings on jetty, hard standings, roads etc.,

M&L for preparation of construction joint grooves of size 25 mm X 20 mm, application of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make and finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of construction joint grooves of size 10mm wide and 6mm deep, application of primer to the groove and sealing the groove with with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make and finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of vertical concrete surfaces of jetty on sea side wall by mechanical scaryfying for key ( partly under sea water during high tide times), removing all loose particles, laitance, oil, greese, sea weed etc., before application of levelling putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of single component, polymer modified, cementitious mortar of Rendroc FC (M/s Fosroc) or techno commercial equivalent filler for minor surface imperfections of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for application of high performance aliphatic acrylate based protective and decorative coating on vertical concrete surfaces of jetty sea face wall with two coats of Deck guard 'S' of Fosroc, 2.85 Sqm per one Ltr (300 microns thick ) over a coat of Deckguard primer @ 2.5 Sqm per one Ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for buffing of stainless steel railing in any size including all necessary polishing material and necesary cleaning matrial to achive the proper polishing of railing in any shape and size height of railing not exceeding 2.00 mtr all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not exceeding 15cm thick above or below groundfloor and removing the debries from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour RCC M30 grade with approved Ready Mix Concrete / Design mix (RMC) with graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, deck slabs and in shelves and the like (quoted rate inclusive of necessary framework) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (-12 to -15m level) and capstan (-1 to -2m level) working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel plain or chequered plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as speciied and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The work will be carried out in every three months or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for enhancing its serviceablity. Every coat / work will be measured and paid separately.
