Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manholes and copings etc. slightly rounded or chamfered angles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing 100mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars with and including demolition and breaking up old damaged drain pipes 100mm dia (NP3) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, Grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed as specified with and including demolition and breaking up old damaged drain pipes 150mm dia , set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars with and including demolition and breaking up old damaged drain pipes 300mm dia (NP3) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing concrete bed to 100 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing concrete bed to 300 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage drain pipe of stone ware pipe, RCC Hume pipe , cast iron pipe upto 200 mm bore by rodding with sectional sewer rod/flexible sewer rod/bucket etc. thoroughly from inspection chamber to man hole or from one manhole to another manhole of any depth and size and well flushing with water after cleaning including removal of sludge and other materials obtained from cleaning the drain pipe and manhole garbage to a pit made for this purpose outside the MoD land and filling up the earth complete as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) Cleaning of sewage line to be started from down stream side in this operation for which some pipe line gets cleaned automatically which needs to be cleaned by rodding only and hence the same shall not be measured (ii) The unit rate of the items shall be deemed to be included for the cost of removal of sludge/waste and water accumulated in manhole/inspection chamber due to cleaning of drain by rodding etc. (iii) The sludge obtained shall be deposited in an excavated pit and filled up with earth in layers of 30cm thick as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of spreading bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling of earth etc. shall be included in the rate quoted under this item but supplying of bleaching powder shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas bleaching powder shall be spread over each earth layers as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of any depth including bailing/ pumping out sludge, waste water etc. complete and disposing them by depositing in near by pits to a distance n.exc 50mtrs from the manholes, but away from wells/ water storage tanks, complete all as directed at site and as specified. Note :- To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas, bleaching powder shall be spread as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Cost of supply of bleaching powder, spreading bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling of earth etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted under this item .

De-sludging/cleaning completely of solid/liquid sludge by honey sucker tanker from inside the septic tank/soak well and removing all the materials obtained from the septic tanks out side the MD land including spreading bleaching powder and taking out RCC manhole cover slab for cleaning and resetting in CM 1:6 after cleaning complete as specified and directed. Note :- To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas, bleaching powder shall be spread as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Cost of supply of bleaching powder, spreading bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling of earth etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted under this item .

Cleaning of the Floor/Nahani Traps of any size and cleaning the chocked/blocked traps complete all as directed at site and removing the rubbish away from site, complete all as directed at site and as specified.

Supply only bleaching powder for avoiding any health hazard, complete as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in manhole covers/similarities (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) n.exc 15 cm thickness or above ground level, complete all as directed at site and as specified.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in cover slabs for manholes and similar articles etc. set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be paid and measured separately under item of schedule).

Material & labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair cast iron work grade FG 150, un-machined, manhole cover with frame, complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Deploying one Safaiwala and one helper for opening cover of manhole/ gully trap, floor trap / WHB/WC up to 1st Manhole of any type and any mouth depth removing the sludge/ solid content from the manhole / gully trap by manual / mechanical method and cleaning the sewage line upto 1st manhole any dia any depth either by water pressure , flushing with water or rodding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangement so as to remove the blockage and making the sewer lines and manholes / gully trap fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and removing the sludge/ solid contents out side defence land .repositioning of the RCC / CI cover slab grating all as directed by Engr-in-Charge in the area of works on all working day from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs in area of GE Wks - I with all cleaning materials as required at site all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No. 1.27 :-(i) Cleaning of sewage line to be started from down stream side in this operation for which some pipe line gets cleaned automatically which needs to be cleaned by rodding only. The sewage lines, manholes, inspection chamber etc. which will be cleaned by deployed Safaiwala/Helper under this Item will not be measured for payment. Only record will be maintained for output of the deployed persons. (ii) The unit rate of the items shall be deemed to be included for the cost of removal of sludge/waste and water accumulated in manhole/inspection chamber due to cleaning of drain by rodding etc. and necessary carrying facilities will be provided by the contractor. (iii) The sludge obtained shall be deposited in an excavated pit and filled up with earth in layers of 30cm thick as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of spreading bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling of earth etc. shall be included in the rate quoted under this item but supplying of bleaching powder shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas bleaching powder shall be spread over each earth layers as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) Payment to the engaged persons under this item will be paid to their respective Aadhar linked bank account through cheque/NEFT/Transfer from the bidder account only. Moreover, contractor will open EPF/ESIC account of engaged persons and deposit respective amount to their respective account. Without proof of bank payment and deposit receipt of EPF/ESIC, the amount of this item will not be released.

Supply & fixing PVC SWR Pipes 75 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including taking down old PVC pipes, complete all as specified and directed.
