S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm diaa highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yelllow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for hot applied thermo setting road marking paint 1mm to 2mm thick in shapes/signs as required exceeding 10cm to 50cm width (Including Zebra crossing & speed breaker marking), white or golden yellow in colour including preparaton of exising surfaces and glass beads retro reflective type as per ASTM standards complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to MS frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm square post made of M.S angle 50 x 50x4mm, 4mm long welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement. sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be pinted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective Cautionary/warning sign board of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900mm with support length of 3650mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activatd retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-Ingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized alluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos MS angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made up to MS Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including

making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS Tee support to eb painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with tow or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat includinjg all leads and lifts etc. complete al as per drawing , specification and all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Convex mirror made of PC material provided with suitable MS Pipe post duly powder coated as per site requirement , it should have clear and deficate mirror image valving 130 degree of viewing angle and unbreakable and stronger than glass size 1000mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS pipe is to be inserted in ground/cement concrete surface with PCC 1:3:6 and making necessary post holes/demolition.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm stone aggregate) as in in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed
