2. ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION DRIVE SPECIFICATION (a) Automation: Electric Operation and Control Box "SWASTIK" MAKE SWDD - Side Motor - Three Phase - (CE Certified) with Indirect Drive Chain Reduction with Inter - Build Mechanical Rotary Cut Off Limit Switches, with High Precision Reduction Gearbox, with Up - Stop - Down - Push Button Switch Control Station with 2 meter wires with provision of Emergency Manual Override Chain Operation in case of power failure. Push Button Switch to be enclosed with metal key lock box. (b) Shutter shall have arrangements for emergency mechanical operation, in the event of failure of the electric equipment of electricity. This emergency mechanical operation shall be by an auxiliary chain wheel drive mechanism. Note : Cost of C-channel/ Support/ Hydra (If required) for installation and ladder/ scaffolding (if required) for installation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted of this item.

Surface Preparation : All laitance, surface contamination or existing floor toppings should be removed by mechanical means such as shot blasting, Scarifying or floor grinding till hard substrate is found. After surface preparation, all loose debris and dirt should be removed by vacuum or air blower. Heavy oil or grease deposits should be removed either mechanically or by jet. A close visual examination should be made to verify cleanliness and soundness. Any weak or suspect areas should be repaired. Grinding the concrete surface of the groove on both sides to a depth of 10mm using hand grinding machine and dirt should be removed by vacuum or air blower completely as specified and directed by Engineers-In charge.

Crack Repair : M&L for crack repairs by widening the existing floor cracks by 0.25mm to 9mm wide at any Depth, groove cutting to V-Shape in the floor, cleaning the groove by removing of all loose particles using blower and application of Epoxy based primer groove complete as specified and directed.

M&L for providing flow applied epoxy resin based flooring of 4mm total thickness with 2mm thick high strength self smoothing under lay with three compound system comprising of epoxy resin base, resin hardner & filler Nitofloor EU5 of M/s Fosroc or equivalent approved make as specified here in after and floor topping with self-smoothing epoxy polyurethane 2 mm thick NitoflorEPU2000 of M/s Fosroc or equivalent approved make as specified here in after ) over a coat of solvent based Epoxy Resin Primer Nitoprime 25 designed for maximum absorbtion and adhesive to concrete substrate on existing floor by using stiff brushes and/or rollers for primer and serrated trowels and spiked nylon rollers for finishing coat including preparation of existing flooring cut open all anchor grooves along floor topping termination points , all crackes in the floor concrete preparing the surface of concrete substrate with scarification or by suitable mechanical means and cleaning the surface with industrial vaccume cleaner to remove all foreign matter , dust and debris etc including filling the cut

open grooves with same material , finishing the surface to even and plain surface using suitable means to remove all imperfections , trowel marks and entrapped air complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Note: The work shall be executed by the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer under the guidance of manufacturer of epoxy flooring .Make: M/s Fosroc chemicals India (P) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s BASF India Ltd.

M&L for preparation of construction/Dummy joint grooves of size 15mm x 20mm,cleaning the surface and removing the dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaste , oil, paint , grease, corrosion deposits or algae, oil and grease deposit should be removed by mechanical means. Application of primer to the groove and filling the groove with Shalifix RME 70 or equivalent (three component material i.e. base, hardener & filler) and finishing the surface for application of PU scratch and top coat complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost includes removal of existing sealant and groove preparation.

Sealant for Expansion Joints : M&L for preparation of Expansion joint grooves of size 25mm x 30mm for cleaning the surface and removing the dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaste , oil, paint , grease, corrosion deposits or algae, oil and grease deposit should be removed by mechanical means. Prime sealing slot surface with Primer using a clean dry brush, inserting backer rod of reqd size in the groove and finally sealing the groove with polyurethane based sealant and finishing complete all as specified and directed. Make STP Shaliseal PU or equivalent. Note : Cost includes removal of existing sealant and groove preparation.

M & L for levelling the concrete floor surfaces, grinding surface without any dust, oils, laitance, cement mortar etc. and application of three component epoxy mortar on the primed surface Sika 41 or equivalent makes as specified in list of makes, to get a required finish complete all as per manufacturer instructions, as specified and as directed.

Line Marking : M&L for line marking of 100mm to 150mm width using Epoxy or PU based material on the finished floor of required colour Make: STP Shalifloor TC 2HBE or equivalent.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incuilding cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement lurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over 15 mm thk cement screed bed in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete incl 20 mm thick screed bed 1:6 CM in floors.

Demolition of stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid bedded and pointed in any morter etc

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including clits etc conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth.

M&L Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down wih water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and with WPC @ 2% finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only Water proofing compound

Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Preparation of New or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic coloured tiles 15 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement lurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over 20 mm thk cement screed bed in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match & including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in subfloors finished even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
