M&L for application of top wearing coat with the properties of Anti-skid, oil resistant, flexible & UV resistant coating system with the following laying methedology :- a) Application of two component Epoxy primer Notoprime30 of Fosroc make, mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the level crete surface by using sponge based epoxy roller followed by spinkling of anti-slip grain No 2 of Fosroc make on the primed surface on wet condition for skid resistant and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. b) Application of two component prepacked proptective system of Trafficguard Intermediate coat of Fosroc make mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. c) Application of two component wearing coat, Trafficguard Wearing coarse of Fosroc make mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours.

M&L for providing two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical "Deck gaurd S" of M/s FOSROC not less than 150 micron( dry film) per coat over treated area/plaster complete including a coat of "Deck gaurd S primer " of 150 microns or equivalent chemicals manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Lt M/S Mapei Const Product India PVT LtdM?S Thermax Ltd/ M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF on dock walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes by sand blasting from the steel surfaces of bollard base & head, duct cover and other similar steel surfaces and applying two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over a coat of epilux zinc chromate yellow primer and the quoted rate includes writing of numbering the same with orange reflactor paint (100mm to 150mm height) on the painted surface of the bollard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for periodical maintenance of existing (old) stainless steel of post & railing of any size / any description of hand rails / ladders etc with emery paper, tack powder, soft cloths etc for cleaning the stain marks / scaling on the exposed surfaces of SS pipes and buffing with hand machine etc complete all as specified and directed.
