Note : The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and quoted rate is deemed to be included for the same: Terminal Arrangement: [a] HV & LV Side: Cable Box [b] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [c] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. Transformer Oil shall be got tested by APEPDCL. [d] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [e] All necessary arrangemnents with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil. [f] Provision of brick masonry platform for transformer(overall size 2.0mx2.0m, 1.5m height above ground level and 0.60m below ground level with brickwork using flys ash bricks in CM 1:6, foundation 100mm thick in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 and providing PCC flooring 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 over sub base 75mm thick in PCC 1:4:8 over approved earth filling and rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick masonry surfaces and applying three coats of white wash including necessary earth and excavation complete all as directed.

M & L for lifting, handling of the transformer upto 750 KVA from sub station and shifting to new sub station including disconnecting electrical connections and again refixing complete with electrical connections complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for lifting, handling of the DG set of capacity upto 60 KVA from sub station and shifting to new sub station including disconnecting electrical connections and again refixing complete with electrical connections including making platform and concrete work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for shifting of existing Ring main unit [RMU] of 630 Amps capacity from sub station to another sub station including disconnecting electrical connections including lifting, ltransportation charges and reinstalling in true alignment with provision of PCC platform of suitable size including connecting of cables, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for dismantling of existing of LT panel of any description with all components by disconnecting electrical connections and removing PCC base from existing position and reinstalling the panel in new location including making all cable and electrical connections and PCC platform as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Provision of brick masonry platform of size 2.0mx2.0mx1.80m with brickwork using flys ash bricks in CM 1:6, top finished with 100mm thick in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 over sub base 75mm thick in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 over approved earth filling and rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonry surfaces and applying three coats of white wash including necessary earth and excavation complete all as directed.

Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Platform Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. The panel shall consists of 800 Amps rating TPN bus bars of high conductivity Aluminium and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves mounted on porcelain/ SMC insulator supports, suitable double Compression Copper Cable Glands and panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch, with gland plates, lifting hooks, shutter type ventilating louver at both top & bottom duly internally secured with wire mesh, with suitable internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size etc with double stud hinged door, front openable with locking arrangement including interlocking with switch gears and to withstand short circuit fault level of not less than 100KA and degree of protection shall be IP 54. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angles of size 75x75x8mm at Corners and ISMC of suitable size for base, embedded 600 mm below ground level in PCC 1:2:4, Type B–1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 600 mm above ground level complete including connecting up with existing incoming and outgoing cables, dismantling old panel board etc. and comprising the following:-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

[Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately]
