Clearing away all bushes, small plants, grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots upto root level including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep around and surroundings areas of E/M installations (i.e.Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards, pump house & Misc E/M installations etc) and removing rubbish / debris upto a distance of not less than 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling existing floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beddingcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling existing floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, set with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning including dismantling existing pavement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B, (20 mm graded stone) packing on bothsides of the pavement of size 110 x 110 mm finished even and smooth complete.

M&L cement concrete chequered tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick as in floors, set and jointed over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match the colour of tile including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm thickness PVC tiles / sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors including taking out existing un-serviceable PVC flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chajja, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds etc. & including demoliton complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors, paths, hardstanding etc. including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors, paths, hardstanding etc. including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor shall demed to inclusive construction joint at 10 m interval with mastic filling.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc,) and including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing un-serviceable wrought Iron complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, and including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated / plane steel sheet 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down existing steel sheeting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutters of any description and area 7 to10 sqm and refixing the same after carrying out repairs, oiling and greasing and including replacing with new guide channels and weldings etc, including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, multilayered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (minimum weight 45 gm), 20 mm bore ball valves (minimum weight 210 gm) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 20 mm bore pipe & locking with GI wire (to prevent monkey menace) to tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 36.00 here in before but 1000 Liters Capacity

S&F steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanised and including necessary GI fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees etc.) and fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in / on floor including taking down of old un-serviceable water tubecomplete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 38.00 here in before but 20 mm bore.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters of 1.25 mm thick lath, without ball bearing and including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete push & pull or manual type complete all as specified and as dirrected.

S&F in repair 600 mm x 450 mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass mounted on 6 mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screw and cup washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore bib tap chromium plated fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pillar tap 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered “hot" or “cold” with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore fancy type, chromium plated, stop valves, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions & fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 grams) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment in order of precedence as given below complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Taking out of existing water proofing treatment and cleaning the surface using wire brush, brooming down and washing down with water to remove dust etc, and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (ii) 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on surface. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. (Contd...)

(iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @1.2 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane & finally finishing with a coat of bituminious aluminium primer @ 0.100 Kg/Sqm. Note :- (a) Bituminous primer shall be manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturers instruction. (d) APP based polymeric membrane shall be manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or Berger Paints or M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (e) Water proofing paint shall be by M/s STP Ltd or Berger Paints or M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited

Taking down old unserviceable sign board of any size (area n exc 4 sqm) & description ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stainless steel tubing of various diameter, conforming to SS 304 grade & suitable for maknig frame of sign boards including all necessary fixing arragngement such as nut-bolts, rivets / welding work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single sided sign board of any size made out of high-intensity prismatic retro-reflective sheet (ASTM Type-IV) in approved colour, pasted on 3 mm thick powder coated aluminium sheet consisting of all writing letter in any languages (English & Hindi) of size 100 mm x150 mm of various content and symbol (Block, Roman, ltalic or Indian), commas, index hand, arrow, dashes, stops etc on it and fixing the letter with permanent fixing material duly stencil cut by computerized process letter having reflective glaring / visibility at night complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
