Notes:- [a] The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of electrical connection using suitable size copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable from the main switch to the DSL assembly. [b] The span, clear long travel and clear height above girder position specified are only indicative. Tenderer shall visit the site and ascertain the exact span, clear long travel and clear height above girder as per site conditions and as per existing dimensions of building at site before quoting the tender. [c] All movements shall be operated by means of push buttons from floor level with protective panel independently with inter locking arrangement to avoid accident due to manual/dual operation, if accidentally crane is operated from ground. [d] Push button unit shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The cable control shall have push button for stop at all motions at hold the locations. [e] Testing of crane shall be carried out at No load, Full load and Over load all as specified and as directed. All materials and manpower required for the testing arrangements is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra is admissible.

(f) Guard shall be provided all along the length with approach ladders on both sides of crane with hand rail on both the sides of ladder at a suitable level and the ladders should have landing platforms at every 4 to 5m or less (g) The crane should be manufactured as per latest IS standard and safety factors. (h) Prior approval of Accepting Officer shall be obtained for the detailed construction drg of EOT cranes . (i) The final drawings and design of the crane shall be got approved from IIT/NIT before manufacturing of the crane and shall be submitted to Accepting Officer for approval. (j) Mechanical stopper will be provided on both side of Main Girder as per manufacturer's recommendation. (k) If any work not specified above, but considered necessary for efficient installation, working and performance of EOT cranes, the same shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision. (l) Contractor shall provide manufacturer’s on site replacement warranty for 05 years.

S & F in repairs TP&N Enclosure with 3 Pole and Earth, Metal Plug & Socket, with and including One MCB, TP, 63 Amps, 415 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 70 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in duct/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes/sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down of existing cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
