M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 [using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone Pitching in Portions built in Cement Mortar including levelling the dismantled area to get the even surface by removing the vegetation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boulder Pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly, grouted with Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 11 above but except Boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Base Surface suitable for providing Stone Pitching using approved earth / Moorum obtained from outside MD Land for filling undulations and bringing up to slopes / surface including raising [or lowering] earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watering, ramming / consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of open drains completely removing the Sludge, Silt, Debris etc. and other materials by suitable means, preferable mechanical means and applying Bleaching Powder @200 Grams per Sq.m and removing all the materials obtained to outside MD Land exceeding 5.00 KM distance acomplete all as required and as directed.

S & F Dash Through Bolt with Fasteners of 12mm dia Bolt, 150 mm Long with Open / Closed Hook for tying 6 mm dia GI Wire on both ends if wall of span 14.00 m to 26.00 m approximately at a height 8.00 to 10.00 m from floor level to make a frame work with Stainless Steel 304 Turnbuckle Hook and Closed Eye Wire Rope tensioner adjustable tightening assembly including necessary civil works for making good the disturbed portion wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
