Cutting 250mm dia CI/DI/MS pipes in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling rubber gasket joints of spigot and socket CI/DI pipes of 250mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up 250mm dia CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and joints etc from trenches for taking credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 250mm dia, class K-9, Ductile iron pipe (Conforming to IS: 8329-2000), Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Pressure Pipe with Socket and Spigot ends suitable for Push-on-Joint including jointing material, duly applied with Zinc Coating with finishing layer of Bitumen on external surfaces and Cement Motor Lining with Bituminous Seal Coat on internal surfaces complete including testing and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for CI / DI fittings suitable for CI / DI spigot and socketed pipe of size 200mm to 300mm bore and any type such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces (single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross etc), collars, caps and plugs etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for M.S. ERW Pipe P/E as Per IS:3589 Gr. 330, nominal bore 250 mm dia, wall thickness 6.0 mm with all fittings including cutting, welding and joining as per site requirement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Zero Velocity Valve of size 250mm NB, Inline valves with flange ends, dome profile design, Stainless Steel conical springs, provided with central flange and provided with suitable bypass arrangement to attain hydraulic stability fast having hydrostatic body test pressure 25 Kg/Cm2 with MOC MS : IS 2062(Fabrictaed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix Tamperproof Kinetic Air Valve (DK Type) with Isolation Valve of size 100 mm NB, PN 1.6 as per IS:14845 having following specifications:- (i) Valve body, small orifice cover, Big Orifice cover & cowl made of CI IS 210 Gr FG260 (ii) Balls made of seasoned wood with natural rubber coating / SS AISI 304 (iii) Small orifice plug made of Bronze IS : 318 Gr. LTB2 (iv) Seat Ring made of natural rubber (v) Flange Drilling as per IS:1538, Table 4 & 6

Material and labour for brick masonry with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete as in thrust / support blocks for water pumping lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, base concrete, hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping with necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for constructing valve chamber of internal dimensions 1mtr x1mtr x1.2 meters with 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 for foundation, brick walls built in cement mortar (1:4 ), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping , rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick internally and on exposed surfaces externally up to 15 cm above GL. Bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of Air release valve flange to provide sufficient working space. The Air release valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit, the vertices of the pit should be in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit shall be made out of 3mm MS sheet with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with MS hinges two Nos, and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC route marker milestone shape of four feet long with a ten inch dia at one end, painted orange and engraved with arrow and letters "MES DI PIPE 250MM" and painted using black enamel paint to be fixed 2.5 feet in the ground and 1.5 feet above the ground on a concrete block along the pipe line path complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item No. 1 to 17: (i) The work to be executed at Dolphin Hill hilly terrain having thick vegetation, plants, trees, land undulations etc. Hence, the quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of ground clearance such as cutting and clearing of bushes, vegetation etc for laying of pipe lines complete and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) The pipe lines to be re-routed is a main pumping line from Nausena Baugh pump house to Dolphin Hill Sumps. Hence, the work needs to be carried out by technically competent workmen under the supervision of a competent engineer having experience in execution water supply pumping lines. The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Note for Item No. 1 to 17: (Contd--) (iv) Whole Dolphin Hill area residential and OTM accommodation is dependent on this pumping line for daily water supply requirement, hence new pipe line to be laid and connected first and then the old pipe line to be removed next to avoid water supply disruptions to the Dolphin Hill area. If, for any reasons, the water supply is disturbed for more than 06 (six) hours, penal recovery of Rs. 5000/- per hour shall be recovered from contractor's dues. Hence, the quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Thrust blocks to hold the pressure line to be constructed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 50,050.00 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
