M & L for Light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as dado / skirtings, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile colour over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as directed

M & L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300/350x250x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed

M & L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate 'Z' sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as directed.

S & F Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers including removing old film complete all as directed.

S & F 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, fixed with screws to timber / metal frame work complete all as directed

S & F 12mm thick Gypsum board as in false ceiling with grid of Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over suitable thickness of putty on exposed ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F designer cornices moulding suitable for seamless ceiling board not less than 75mm wide or as per the manufacturers instructions complete all as directed

S & F Aluminium (extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed complete all as directed

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel Tower Bolt of size 200 mm size of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium anodised Handle, of extruded section Fabricated Type of size 150mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying suitable thickness of Cement based Wall Care Putty by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [E/M Works]: M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100V grade drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit of size 20mm dia (minimum) medium grade including accessories fixed on wall/floor/roof, etc including provision of PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS grade of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly suitable for One light / fan point / Bell point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for cutting through wall, chasing, pinning in making good to the disturbed surfaces whrever required. However PVC box with cover plate shall be measured and paid seperately]

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, drawn through and including 20mm dia concealed PVC conduit and conduit accessories including provision of 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: 3 runs of 1.5 Sqmm copper wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, drawn through and including 20mm dia concealed PVC conduit and conduit accessories including provision of 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: 3 runs of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]
