Schedule "A" Part - XIII [Miscellaneous Items] [Tenderer has to quote unit rate under Col 6] Internal Electric Supply S & F VTPN MCCB DB, 4 way, 12 outgoing having powder coated sheet steel enclosure fitted with bus bar, DIN channel & neutral link & earth link IK-09 complete all as directed

S & F Polycarbonate meter box as per IS-14772 with IP-55 weather proof and temperature proof, fire retardant suitable for single phase smart prepaid meter viewing glass concealed hinged and earth bolt pladged including cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables and locking arrangement for top cover of the box complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Water cooler of 40 Litres cooling capacity per hour and 80 Litres storage capacity, fully stainless steel suitable for operation on single phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, AC, having eco friendly refrigerant and BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed [Make: Blue Star of Cat Part No. SDLX240 or its equivalent make as specified]

M & L for cutting the existing GI/DI pipe line of 150mm dia for making branch connection of 50mm dia by inserting and including new TEE of required size with collars and specials as required for tapping including necessary excavation and earth work with out disturbing existing pipe line complete all as directed

External Electric Supply: S & F street light bracket made of made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe of 1.2m long bent to shape fixed with 2 sets of suitable MS clamps of size 40x5mm, bolts, nuts and washers including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Boring of holes under road / hard standing / pavements by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including providing 150mm dia HDPE pipe of 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F enclosure IP 43 with solid neutral link suitable for suitable for MCCB, 4 P, upto 250 Amps complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of size with internal dimensions of 200x140x95mm with hinged door including provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts, 32 Amps made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 01 No MCB SP of 10 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming or outgoing cables by providing suitable size of cable lugs and PVC glands fixed on pole by means of 2 sets of clamps made of MS flat iron 25x3mm complete all as directed

Supply, install, test and commissioning of CPRI approved factory fabricated, outdoor type, LT distribution panel made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with projected globe roof, dust and vermin proof, double door with side opening including neoprene rubber gasket suitable for 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire system, including danger plate earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side bottom detachable gland plate with suitable size zinc chromium plated nut, bolts and washers, etc and embedded with 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame 600mm above GL complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable lugs and glands including foundation in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 suitable for accommodating and comprising of the following:-

[a] Aluminium bus bar 300 Amps - TPN supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size brass nut, bolts and washers with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving.
