M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and with grey cement and pigment of size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick M-40 Grade laid over sand cushioning layer complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick crushed stone sand/ river sand as in cushening layer below interlocking paver tiles well compacted to a true surface.

M&L for Modular fly ash brickwork with straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in bed block/hold fast blocks, padding, chajjas repair, benching and coping etc with & including necessary form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces and walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point (Soils)

S&F framed steel as in iron door grill, guard bars etc including all welding work,hinges and slididng bolt etc complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M&L Stone kerb of machine pressed coloured precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, block of size 30cmX45cmX15cm finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth using coloured pigment and jointed in CM 1:6 struck finished,.

M&L including preparation of newly treated surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints in zebra pattern for stone kerb as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Modular point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi- stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade (ISI marked) not less than 19 mm dia/ Casing caping of 19-20 mm with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc, including anodized standard sunken boxes as per standards as per manufacturer norms for concealed mounting with earth dolly and standard grid, crown and cover plate for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, with captive screws including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing, including cutting the chasses for fixing of wiring conduit as per conduit size not more the 25 mm deep and 30 mm in width and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching/finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of paris/ Putty or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following Light Point/ Fan Point/Bell Point
