Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth not exceeding 1.5m and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Walling of Random Rubble Masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete Type C1 [Nominal Mix] 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Cast in Situ in Lintels up to 1.5m Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and Other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, String Courses, Lacing Courses, Parapets and Railings up to 60 cm in Height, Copings, Kneelers, Apex Stones, Bed Plates including Weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces or on one side of lathing, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered Wall Surfaces and applying Two Coats of Cement Based Paint over One Coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Post holes or similar holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cu.m, getting out in Soft / Loose soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work confirming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and binding with MS wire as in Running Bars for Chain Link / Barber Wire Fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS machine made screw bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10 cm long and not exceeding 15 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC Coated Chain Link MS Galvanised Fencing Mesh of size 50 mm X 50mm, 4mm dia wire with Zinc coating of 275mm GSM and with minimum 1.5 mm thick PVC Coating [Total thickness of final PVC Coated wire is 5.50mm dia] and of weight not less than 4.0 KG / Sq.m including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, MS Flat Iron etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS Bar, MS Flat & MS Bolts are measured and paid separately under respective items of this BoQ.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Floors / Hard standing etc, surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boulder Pitching, hand packed tightly, grouted with Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plastic Dividing Strip 1.5 mm thick, 38 mm wide and insert in position to confirm to design complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick, with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes [Size not exceeding 1.00 Sq.m], of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Stone Engraved Plaque of adequate dimensions in Single Piece indicating the information as directed by GE, Engraving Letters or Figures [Block, Roman, Italic or Indian], Stops, Commas, Hyphens and Brackets etc. Exceeding 200 Nos. and Not exceeding 300 Nos, including Engraved Inlays, Borders, Margins of any Design / Pattern, finishing the Engraved Letters & Borders with Gold Colour Paint of make Asian Paints as directed, of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Floors / Hard standing etc, surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash Blocks [Modular Bricks], straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Flush Pointing in Cement Mortar 1:4 to random rubble uncoursed or brought up to coursed masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming Expansion Joint, 20mm thick, filled with Preformed Bituminous Filler and top 30mm Primed and sealed with Sealing Compound Grade "A" for 50mm thick flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 2 Core, 10 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Prestressed Concrete Pole, 9.0 Metres long, 102mm X 172mm at Top and l2mm X 279mm at Bottom, Class 10 complete including necessary Earth work Excavation, PCC Foundation and Coping in PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, Commissioning and Testing of CPRI Prototype tested, Factory made, Free Standing Floor Mounted, Dust and Vermin proof LT Cubical Panel Board, Compartmentalised, Indoor type, fabricated with 2.00mm thick CRCA Sheet and shall be given pre-treatment for degreasing, phosphatising etc. in seven tank process and shall be powder coated with RAL7035 coat with matt finish after due preparation of surfaces. M & L for Dry River Sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

M & L for Cutting Bituminous Road / Hardstanding etc. as required for Jointing / Laying Cables and Pipeline of width not exceeding 300mm and depth not exceeding 600mm and refilling after laying and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
