Supply only SBR chemical for mixing in polymer modified plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping & removal of existing damaged, cracked, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete (20mm to 50mm) is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing shear connectors and anchoring : Drilling 12mm dia holes upto depth of 100mm and fix 10mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors in defective concrete area of the slab, column, beams etc. or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there is no fine particle present in the hole. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin Fosroc Lokfix or techno commercially equivalent or make as approved by GE with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 3/4th of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of exposed surafces of rusted steel reinforcement of dia 10mm and above with metal wire brush, cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcemnet @ 2.0-2.5Ltr /Sqm surface of steel reinforcement, (Fosroc-Reebaklens RR or make approved by GE) to the surface of existing reinforcement) and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and throughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete (Length of reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment complete) all as specified and directed.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric fixed to RCC wall/ceiling with necessary fixing arrangement weight exc 2 kg/sqm butt not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only deformed or twisted reinforcement bar of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or make approved by GE having a compressive strength of M40 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 40mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or make approved by GE having a compressive strength of M40 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying cement based Micro-concrete, Rendroc RG 40 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE, pre-packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. Formwork shall be provided for placing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of more than 50mm for concrete repair with compresive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days complete all as specified and directed. Note: The qouted rate deemed to be included for formwork / shuttering, if any required.

Removing worn out bollard foundation bolts and fixing of new HILTI bolts on the berth end by following activities all as specified and directed :- (a) Providing temporary arrangements using 12 mm thick MS plate and angle iron stiffeners of suitable size for holding down core drilling machine system in required position. (b) Drilling hole in RCC (by using core drilling machine with diamond core bit) of 100 mm dia to a depth of 510mm. (c) Removal of existing dia foundation bolt and cleaning the whole with Air Blower and Cleaning Brush. (d) Filling the whole with Fosroc GP-2. (d) Supply and fixing of HILTI 39mm dia 700mm length 8.8 Grade threaded rod with RE500V4 chemical to a depth of 510mm with necessary drillig hole.

Material and labour for conducting vertical pull test on the new HILTI HAS-E bolt using hydraulic testing machine for recommended pulling capacity of 16.64 tonne per bolt all as directed. Note: - (i) The test shall be carried out on the selected bolts as decided by accepting officer and the results shall be recorded in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Failed bolts to be re-fitted by procedure as per item No 13.00 above, no extra payment paid against these jobs.

Material and labour for cleaning the core as made side item Nos. 1b & 2b herein before and removing the dust using electrically driven hot air blower and filling the entire core with polymer base mortar (micro concrete of grade M-70-non hilti material) FOSROC Renderoc-RG as per manufacturer’s instructions and cured for 72 hours complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting core of size 42 mm dia and 360 mm deep in the filling of polymer based mortar, as filled vide item No.3 herein before in exact angle as required, the material surfaces of the core shall be roughened using special bushing bit, clean the core and removing the dust using electrically driven air blower, injecting in the core 400 ml heavy duty adhesive chemical HILT HIT-RE 500, from the bottom of hole in order to avoid air pockets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and insert HAS-E ductile steel galvanized threaded rod 39 mm dia and 510 mm long of grade 8.8 of make HILTI India Pvt. Ltd. indicating embedment depth mark with washer and nut of galvanized steel with strength class 8, washer shall be 72 mm dia 1 No. each at base and top and nut shall be of 59 mm dia. Note: - The rod shall be inserted in the adhesive chemical as filled vide item No.4 herein before, before it cures. Inclinometer shall be used to maintain the required angle. Nuts and washer shall be fixed on the rod after the rod in set for 42 hours.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scales and dire from and around the existing bollard bolt by wire brushes for cracking the nut of existing anchor bolt with pressure/ manual operated nut cracker without damaging the existing threads and cleaning the existing anchor bolt using the product of Henkel Adhesive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. – “ Loctite” – Solution with ODC free cleaner and degreaser Product code – 22355 with hot water and leave dry the anchor bolt and fixing new bollard nut of mild steel having inner dia 63 mm and outer dia not less than 72 mm and weight not less than 760 grams with 3 mm thick washers minimum 02 Nos. of outer dia 88 mm along with lock set chemical of “Loctite” solvent base medium strength thread locker Loctite243 in the gap between nut and anchor bolt complete Make of Anti rust cleaner & Thread locker :- LOCTITE

Dismantling of mild steel work or wrought iron of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and / as riveted or forged into spikes for ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 all as in supporting structure of duct including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel chequred plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of duct covers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, nosing angles, walk ways, MS ladder, railing and similar work conforming to Fe-290.Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of oil spilled flooring surfaces of jetties with soap water and fresh water jet, pressurized application to get clean surfaces prior to the application of traffic guard renewal coat on the flooring of jetties complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of renewal coat of two component wearing coat, Traffic guard Wearing coarse of Fosroc make or make approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing sea face wall surface of dry / oil / damp by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, coherent substrate having an excellent anchor profile removing all the loose material, rust, dirt etc., clean and dry the surface by using vaccuming equipment, water jet and compressed air. If required surface shall be lightly grit blasting or detergent washed to get PH value neutrality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing two coats of carbonation resistant film chemical "Deck gaurd S" of M/s FOSROC or make approved by GE not less than 150 micron (dry film) per coat over treated area / plaster complete including a coat of "Deck gaurd S primer or make approved by GE" of 150 microns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes from the steel surfaces of bollard base & head and applying two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the accumulated / deposited sea weeds growth at jetty facia wall / columns / pillars of jetties / berths above sea level and upto the level of 45 cm below the low tide by scrapping either manually or mechanical means and collecting the same on jetty / berth floor and depositing the same outside of Naval Dockyard complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and removing debris outside ND(V) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick design mix cement concrete M-30 grade (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing the surface fair & even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance for removing of vegetation growth on the jetties / wharfs wall with required tools and plants and cleaning and removing the same outside of Naval Dockyard by employing 05 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours / day complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maintenance for cleaning of cable ducts / galleries on the jetties / wharfs with required tools and plants and cleaning of debris, any other waste / garbage etc., including water accumulated in the ducts / galleries of jetties & wharfs by employing 05 Nos. of Mazdoors for 8 hours / day as per following :- a) Opening of Mild steel / RCC gallery covers of any description, size shape and placing safety cones etc., around the duct / gallery opening on jetty /wharf. b) Entering into the gallery through opening to a depth of appx 2.7m to 3.0m below the jetty / wharf and collection of silt / mud / debris and other foreign materials in the gallery to the nearest manhole of gallery for lifting the same to a height of 2.7m to 3.0m by suitable means to the jetty / wharf surfaces for further disposal. c) Re-positioning of MS / RCC duct covers. d) Loading of garbage so collected from galleries into transport vehicle of suitable capacity. Note: Transport vehicle for disposal of garbage / debris outside of ND(V) shall be measured and paid separately.

Disposal of collected garbage / debris from the galleries outside Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of white wash on surfaces of ceiling and wall of new / old surface of gallaries including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The work will be carried out in every three months or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for enhancing its serviceablity. Every coat / work will be measured and paid separately.
