Notes for item Nos. 1 to 5:-
(i) A complete exercise will be carried out after installation of the aforesaid items and sufficient training and SOP will be provided by the contractor to operate the system after completion. (ii) If any complaint / defect may arise during defect liability period the contractor will rectify the defects as and when informed by the JE / AGE or user at the shortest possible time. Other wise penality will be imposed @ ₹.1,200 / Day. (iii) The contractor will provide two skilled person for training and maintenance of the system upto 60 Days after completion of the entire work. (iv) The desktop and monitor if any defects arise contractor is liable to rectify the defect during defect liability period and a certification will be submitted by the contractor for this purpose.
