The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar items to any Central / State Govt Organisation/PSU/Public Listed Company in any 01 Financial Year of last 03 Completed Financial Years before the bid opening date. For MSE bidders, the experience criteria is relaxed to any 01 Financial Year of last 05 Completed Financial Years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for past performance - 01 Financial Year of last 03 Completed Financial Years for experience criteria - 01 Financial Year of last 05 Completed Financial Years for MSE bidders' experience criteria - 3 years of past experience is required for similar services - 1 Year of past experience is required for similar services The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made - Udyam Registration and validation online through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs - BIS licence - Type test certificate - Approval certificates - OEM Warranty certificates - Certificates indicating compliance to visiting the site - Malicious Code Certificate: The seller should upload a certificate stating that the hardware and software being offered do not contain embedded malicious code.

Class I and Class II Local Supplier, with minimum 50% and 20% Local Content required respectively.
