The following works required to be carried out under the job (a) Disconnecting and taking out Submersible pump and motor of existing capacity by disconnecting water pipe line and electric supply connections and S&F of new 01 No three phase centrifugal monoblock pump with a pumping capacity of 20 HP and discharge capacity of 29.5 LPS, 30 Mtr Head ,including reducer, tapper, flange, socket and other conection to joint with existing pipe line (b) This job also includes to construction/assembling of 01 x Phoonton size of 3 mtr x 5 Mtr and to hold 1000 kg on floating on water consisting & make of empty barrels, GI Pipe, water proof plywood, fixed of anchor on either side, Anchor shall be made of stainless steel, shall not be less than 30 Kg on each side, connected with 2 inch plastic woven rope. Frame shall be fabricated in such a way that photoon shall float on water and the empty barrels shall not be loose from phoonton. Monoblock pump shall be fixed on phoonton with connecting discharge pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (c) This job also includes heavy duty rubberised Hose pipe dia qty of 70 RM of size of 150 mm bore with MS flange type in black colour, high quality synthetic rubber bend resistant to abrasion, high tensile synthetic textile cord, (c) This job also includes heaby duty rubberish Hose pipe dia qty of 70 RM of size of 150 mm bore with MS flange type in black colour, high quality synthetic rubber bend resistant to abrasion, high tensile synthetic textile cord, working presure 25 bar all as per direction of Engr in charge. (d) The job also includes S & F of Automatic star Delta starter for pump capacity of 20 HP and include connection with Pumps. (e) The job also includes upply and laying 3 core flat LT UG cable XLPE insulated copper and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade with copper conductor stranded including suitable gland, crimping of lugs complete all as specified and directed for size 25 Sqmm 3 core - qty 70 RM (f) Supply, laying of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface complete all as secified, Qty-140 RM (g) S &F Galvanised earth lead wire size of 4.0 mm dia with connecting to existing pump set and earthing pit. qty-140 RM (g) The job also includes M&L for earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15 CM thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm upto and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50 mm thick with 10 mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 all as specified and directed.
