Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable, XLPE Insulated , sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric aluminum conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3½ core x 400 sq mm (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, walls etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable, XLPE Insulated , sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric aluminum conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3½ core x 150 sq mm (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, walls etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable, XLPE Insulated , sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric aluminum conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 3½ core x 120 sq mm (laid in trenches, ducts, pole, walls etc.) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 8 to 10 :- (i) Necessary test reults like continuity test, megger tests shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Necessary excavation and Earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Fixing of Out door LT Panel / LT Pillar Box of minimum dimensions 1.8m x 1.4m x 0.6m size with following specifications. Fabrication Details : CPRI approved Main frame 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, gland plates 2 mm thick MS sheet (undrilled), base frame on ICMS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for outdoor installation, free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP- 65 and locking arrangements. Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar sizes for phase 50mmx20mm aluminium Flat, neutral 50x10mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type. Painting Detais : Pillar box shall be powder coated and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

(ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be includes cost of MCCBs, Volt meter, Ammeter, Indication lamps, Change over switches and connected control wiring 2.5Sqmm FRLS copper conductor and necessary spreader links, lugs,glands and connecting of cables complete all as specified as per site conditions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe of size 120 mm(OD) x 103mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/ HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable HT UG XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000volts grade, of size 3 core 120sqmm including taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Necessary test reults like continuity test, megger tests shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Necessary excavation and Earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting old servieable / unservieable LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 50 to 150 sq mm and draw out from the pipe, wall or in under ground from junction boxes near CG junction to different feeders/ poles near valley view including re laying the same in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting old servieable / unservieable LT UG cables of size 3.5 core 185 to 400 sq mm and draw out from the pipe, wall or in under grond from junction boxes near CG junction to different feeders/ poles near valley view including re laying the same in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting old servieable / unservieable HT UG cables of size 3.5 core 120 / 185 sq mm and draw out from the pipe, wall or in under grond from junction boxes near CG junction to different feeders/ poles near valley view including re laying the same in trenches or in walls with necessary clamping all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Necessary excavation will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out LT panel of any size by disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables including breaking of PCC foundation for transporting and fixing in other place safely as directed including re-fixing of LT panel board with new PCC foundation, angle supports, nuts, bolts and washers including transportation like crane, truck etc without disturbing existing electrical system complete all as specified and as directed. Note: cost of necessary PCC, excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in Quoted rate.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe of size 77mm (OD) x 63mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/ HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,40mm bore medium grade (steel pipe) buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GI surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15cm depth and connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel drawn through 40mm dia GI pipe for protection including 20mm dia GI pipe for watering with GI funnel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note : Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, RCC covers slab and PCC chamber etc.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type sheet metal enclosure LT cable jointing box of minimum dimensions 90cm length x 75cm width x 70cm height size, CPRI approved of 3 way suitable for LT 1.1KV grade 3 phase 3 wire system with 09 Nos epoxy insulators with bus bar sizes for phase 40mmx20mm aluminium flat (03Nos) and neutral 40mmx10mm aluminium flat and bus bar support of epoxy type and made out of 3.15mm powder coated CRCA sheet having gasketed front hinged split doors with bottom detachable gland plate for upto 3 cable entry and exit of size 500 sqmm with suitable size of cadmium plated and nuts, bolts and washers and incl weatherproof, bottom hole, outdoor triple key weather proof pad lockings. The panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The panel shall be of powder coated colour red complete all as specified and directed

The panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations.
