The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of projects during the last 5 years. For Furniture Works, the bidder should have credentials in respect of similar nature of Furniture Works valuing 40% of the Estimated amount for Furniture work put to tender within the last 5 years. Similarly, for Electrical Works, the bidder must have credentials in respect of similar nature of Electrical Works valuing 40% of the Electrical Estimated amount put to tender within the last 5 years. The bidder should provide information including name of the employer, name and location of the work, contract price, percentage of participation, and dates of starting and completion of work, along with a certificate from the employer. The bidder should also disclose the estimated amount, tendered amount, and percentage of work done for the completed projects.
