Revamping, Development, Implementation & Maintenance of Silpasathi Single Window System Portal

Design, development, customization, deployment, integration, commissioning of web based Common Application Form (CAF) enabled Single Window System Portal with Central Inspection System(CIS) portal, Silpasathi Single Window Facilitation Online Portal developed on open API compliant ready framework-based platform agnostics solution and customized with features as stated in the scope of work supporting integration using all standard integration models supporting REST API and SOAP API based integration with Microservice Architecture based platform including provisioning of Server Side Digital Signature (Signing & Authentication of Digitally signed document) & its integration , Security Audit (Application Security Audit & VA/PT) and Performance Audit of the entire system during the contract period, payment gateway integration(Single Debit, Multiple credit),SMS Gateway integration ,email gateway integration, Digital Locker Integration,MIS reports & Dashboards (It will cover all the work mentioned in the scope of work excluding Online service development/ integration ) (All other cost components essentially required to complete successfully implementation of the Online Single Window System are required to be factored into the above cost by the bidder)

Application Maintenance ,operation & Support, System administration & Database Administration of the application infrastructure (using Cloud Enabled Platform),Training and handholding charges ,data migration (structured & unstructured),tool based helpdesk management & support for applicants (entrepreneur) & Departmental actors for Web based CAF enabled Single Window System Portal including Central Inspection System (CIS) during the 3 years contract period from the date of Go-live
