The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes substantially completed work, where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. In case of completed work, the value of the final bill, including the Price Variation Clause (PVC) amount, shall be considered as the completion cost of work. The overall cost, including the PVC amount, of the completed work or substantially completed work shall be considered, and no separate evaluation for each component of that work shall be made to decide eligibility. Specific values and percentages mentioned include a 90% payment threshold for substantially completed work.
